apologise samrutha..for the late response.. i've trippled down...and am with a cast now...thankfully no fractures..but sad again am with another ligament tear of grade 2... and its kinda difficult to walk around..so was away from the forum for 2 days..sorry 🤢

BUT I HAVE DONE my 1ST COMMENT...and will continue to do as u have said...
