"The one colleague I look up to is Shah Rukh. I worked with him on my first film Dil Se. What I like about ShahRukh is that he's like Papa Bear. He takes care of you. He's not interested in you as a man, he's higher than that, he's on a philosophical plane. He'll help you, he'll give you proper cues, he'll be there for you and its not the vested interest of a man and a woman. I did a world tour with him when I sprained my ankle. He got me ice, he made me an ice pack for my foot. He was so sweet and caring, I love that about him. He'll make sure that all the girls have security outside their doors before they go to sleep. He's very big hearted and that only comes in not competing with you. Everybody else is thinking about himself, he looks at the whole frame. He's been there, done that. I don't ever feel he is competing with me. You can only help somebody when you are not in a competitive mode. He's above it, he's on a different plane.
"There is nobody else like him.
"Amitji is amzing but I havent had that personal interaction with Amitji from the start of my career. Shah Rukh has been there showing me where to stand, how to take the key light, he has amused me, he has the funniest stories to tell.I genuinely feel he does not have a superiority complex, he's not at all patronising.
"He's the only actor who if he got really angry, I'd be scared of him I wouldnt be scared of anybody else. I have seen him angry only once. I ran away. He wasnt shouting or screaming. It was just his silent energy. I who was sitting next to him could feel the enrgy on my arm, on my skin, on my neck,on my back! I was sitting next to him and it was phew...(sheer heat). I just got up from there. I said, I cant sit here. Then I found out that he was in a bad mood. Its the only time in my entire career that I have seen him in a bad mood. It was just his energy, I sensed it so strongly. I got scared of him".
