I think a father-in-law can never ever take the place of your
father. The love for your own father is just completely different
then for an in-law. If the father-in-law and fathers are same
then why didnt amar say he will donate his kidney to his father
in law. Just because you got married does not mean you forget
about the ur father and all that he has done for you. And the
only right father for you now is your father-in-law. If I was in
Jyoti's place I would have signed for amar myself and got the
surgery done. There is absolutely no reason to ask anyone
else's consent. The girl has exact right over her parents as a
son does. So many people live in this world with one kidney
and they are perfectly okay. I didnt understand one thing why
didnt jyoti's mother try to give her kidney? She didnt even
mention once ls. its kinda weird. It looked as if jyoti is mored
stressed out then she is. Thats wrong.

i agree with you......father in law never take the place of father......

it depends on family to family........we all know abt Manshookh family......he only the person who controls all family members.......

if you tell ....his ans was same ie..NO, if you dont....his ans was same ie..NO

why should we take blame without telling him...........

..ultimately what manshookh told .....Jyoti bahu even didnt tell .......

did jyoti has any ans for his question.......do everything what u desire what u want.....dont take blame for anything......

in some family elders have imps but in some family elders do noy have.......if youngers dont want elders do not have imps in their family......if youngers want they have .........

i agree with both of you....i feel that in a way they're both right and wrong in their own ways....mansukh should've never said no to jyoti b/c what girl would not want to save her dad's life at any cost and she should never had to beg amar and mansukh abt saving her dad and even though mansukh is extremely controlling...he does infact tries to help out anyway he can...he just wants every single thing his way.....if jyoti didnt want anything to happen to her dad then neither did mansukh.....he tried every possible way to help out too...

Not everyone's kidney matches others'. Probably Jyothi's matched her father's as they share the HLA (genes).

Also, everyone's body is their own. Except in our serials, no one needs consent from husband, wife, father, in-laws, siblings etc. to donate their kidneys to even stragers if they wanted to. The law says that we do not need anyone's permission. What they are showing is very wrong.
