In all fairness to Paridi, Prateik was not upfront with her about the expectations of his family. Pari does not want to live in this type of environment. She has grown up in a free household and is trapped by Pratieks family. Vidi and Aarti know what is expected but i think this is a much bigger adjustment than others are seeing.

Arati will definitely help Vidhi to ease her out of the wrok load. Also Paridhi should also learn to take some responsibilties. She can work but can also help in the family also because, Arati has got 3 children to look after, so if Paridhi also takes some responsibilities it will help both Arati and Vidhi.

Haan.. aur phir Aarti pure ghar mein cha jayegi.. I mean she has to change that Hitler Ka Ghar! :P
