As the country's biggest entertainment network get-sets to shower its viewers with the best of fun this weekend, it reaches the epitome with the much sought after and awaited wedding on television Shanno Ki Shaadi. Yes on STAR Plus weekend sitcom Shanno Ki Shaadi tonight at 10 PM, the protagonist of the show Shanno (played by Divya Dutta) will tie the knot, with the man of her dreams...
After having kept its viewers waiting for a year long, the much loved Punjabi lass Shanno will put an end to all the speculations as she joyously will call her vows on the 'D' day, of her life, which was eagerly awaited by one and all. Fulfilling the ambition of her life, she will make this nearly impossible task possible this Sunday.
It didn't take long for Shanno to realize that Arjun Sadarangani (played by Vikas Bhalla) an NRI who came into her life accidentally and walked straight into her heart is 'the' man of her dreams'. She was on cloud nine and her happiness knew no bounds when she came to know, that even he felt the same for her! However, little did they know what future held in store for them? After their endless struggle to overcome a series of problems, it was conclusive that Arjun and Shanno's marriage would only remain a distant dream, as Arjun was not a halwai and the only way he could become one, was by completing seven tough conditions.
Arjun, withstood the time of time and actually went all out to complete the conditions. The two were about to get married, not once but twice, when something or the other happened at the very last minute to prevent their fateful tie-up, despite their long and unbearable courtship of six months!
And now, finally after a whole lot of waiting, complete chaos and drama within the family, the two of them will finally tie the knot. Or will they?
