Hey friends,doesn't this scene remind you all of a similar scene,where Raj(Shah Rukh)apologizes to Simran's(Kajol)mother in the movie "DDLJ"?Although there,it justified the scene;whereas,in HD,this emotional scene was not apt,that too between Rishi,a sensible,empathetic person,and Kutum,a self-absorbed,cold-hearted person.
So,the new director is giving a new direction to the story, which is good. But I really hope that instead of taking up scenes from any movie, the director,as well as the CVs should come up with something original, creative.
And for Rishi,I don't know, why this character is drawn so week, lacking self-respect.Don't get me wrong when I say weak, because there is absolutely nothing wrong if a man gets emotional,or is caring about his loved ones. But this character,Rishi is sketched with so much delicacy that it almost seems fragile, and I think it is hard to accept a man to be so vulnerable and fragile. The CVs should really bring a transformation in Rishi, who stands as a 'complete man'.
