The reason Sandhya refuses to leave is because if she does then there will no longer be a show. I doubt a fictional character has a medical condition because the character is not doing any thinking. I think people take these shows a little too seriously...its all fake, no conditions, syndromes, nothing...just a way to keep the show on the air.

I think if the Confused CVs are reading everyones comment here then they definetly will be Totally confused. As it is they themselves dont know which direction to go OTHER THAN TORTURING SANDHYA by whoever is available , at this point the show will become standstill like Suraj does in front of Bhabo.
