Ahem was shocked by the way Jayanthi bhai refused to listen him. He did not know how he could explain it to him that both he & Anitha had not done any mistake on the wedding day & that he had only called Anitha as Nilesh only to calm her. But as Jayanthi bhai did not listen & kept on accusing Anitha of falling low & as his family had to bear the brunt, he felt really taken back. But as his mom kept on saying that Nilesh had called Anitha, he could not even get himself to share the truth with all !!!
As his mom took the decision to support Anitha & to get her married, it shocked & suprised Ahem !!! As his mom mentioned that she will get a good husband who would stand by Anitha all thru out, it did not trouble Ahem on why his mom never though about him & Anitha in the past !!! For his heart just belongs to his wife Gopi & the thoughts of the past are long forgotten!!!
As Ahem saw Gopi opening the door, he was pleased. He enjoys coming home to her even though it has just been few hours that he has been away from her !!! It pleases him that she is always there for him, waiting for him to come home. One look at her, all his troubles are forgotten!!! If given a choice, he would just be there looking at her & enjoying her !!! As he was walking into the house, he heard Gopi asking about Anitha & it irritated him. It did not irritate him because she was questioning him, it irritated him that the past which he had moved on was on moving into his present which he did not want !!!
Gopi felt happy looking at her family & she wanted to know how was Anitha. By the time her MIL could explain she saw Anitha at the door step. Looking at Anitha at their door step troubled her heart. For a second her whole world turned upside down & she felt the pain of questions which her heart was asking !!! She was numb with the pain & sadness in her heart as she saw her husband's past love at her door step !!! As her maaji invitied Anitha, she realised that her family, her maaji had invited Anitha home !!! Even in her pain, she could not stop herself from caring for Anitha & she extended her invitation also to to come into the house !!! Gopi could not really believe her fate that this was really happening, her complete attention was on Anitha & as Anitha entered the house with the 1st step by her right leg, she was taken back. It was the right of every new bride to enter the home of her husband with the 1st step taken with their right feet...today she felt hurt to see her Ahemji's past entering into their home the same way !!! Her heart felt the pain of seeing her Ahemji's past and in some corner her heart tugged her of not knowing what was happening & she was insecure about her love & her relationship with her Ahemji !!! She was lost in thoughts as she worried what would happen in the future !!!
Gopi had survived a long battle to finally have her husband with her !!! Though he did not put his feelings in words, she knew he cared for her & that it was more than care which she felt him express it to her !!! Though after Holi her heart & dreams were broken yet, she still had some hope that someday he will remember what had happened & her life will be beautiful again filled with his love !!! Gopi loved Ahem from the day she had seen his photograph in the news paper from then as she learned about him, she slowly & deeply fell in love with her husband. Even if it was just a glance by him, or him just helping her remove the saree from the fan, or him asking her to take care after they got wet in the rain or he just tending her burnt hand, it gave her happiness & she saw his care & concern for her !!! Gopi loves him so dearly that if it is only his presence which she would get for rest of her life, she was ready to happily accept it & live her life !!!
In the hospital Gopi took care of Anitha as a girl who needed support as all her dreams were rudely shattered. But today as she saw Anitha at her door step she felt her heart tug her with the pain of insecurity of losing her love, her Ahemji to Anitha !!! Some where in the deep corner of her heart is the insecurity that her Ahemji may leave her & move away with his love , Anitha !!! This insecurity she was feeling was not due to the lack of trust she had on Ahemji but she knew that when love tugs one's heart, it is powerful & Ahem & Anitha had a past filled with love !!! But even as all her feelings were in a confused state, Gopi did not develop a negative attitude against Anitha nor could her heart think negatively about the girl who was at her door step for help !!! She accepted the present responsibility & held Anitha carefully as she guided her to the guest room !!!
When Gopi invited Anitha into the home, Ahem knew his wife would take care of her but he was not very happy that Anitha was coming home !!! For him, Anitha was his past for whom he did not feel anything now. He lived thru the pain of losing her & he has long moved away from her. His heart does not feel the pleasure of having her with him or the pain of losing her. His heart just beats for his wife, his love, his Gopi & he wants nothing to touch their love. He does not feel anything other than guilt that because of him, Anitha's marriage has been cancelled & she was suffering because of that & this was the only reason he was helping her. He thought as soon as Anitha was fine, he would have nothing to do with her anymore and both their lives would go in their respective directions but with her not remembering anything, it had complicated things & with Nilesh father not accepting her responsibility & with his mom taking up the responsibility of Anitha & her marriage he had no option but to accept the present situation & also not knowing how long will this go on!!! What Ahem has not noticed or realised is how Gopi had reacted to Anitha coming home...she had questions which were running thru her & she felt taken back by the new developments & that she needed him to comfort her troubled heart with his love !!! Ahem is confident that his wife knows that he loves her dearly & will never have any doubts on him or their relationship but what he did not realise is that his wife needs him to say & share those feelings with her to make her heart believe that he truly loves her & only her !!!
Will the pain of the forgotten past in which Ahem had broken Gopi's heart will come to effect their relationship in the present !!!
