Will Akshara and Naitik learn of Bahbhima's suggestion?

During Koyal's wedding preparations, Bhabhima had suggested to Gayatri that they should give Naksh to Nandini. Will Gayatri tell Akshara and Naitik about Bhabhima's intentions?

Our source from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Haitell us "Gayatri was very upset about Bhabhima's suggestion of giving Naksh to Nandini and she began to ignore her. Bhabhima was very hurt with her behaviour and accidentally had a fall. She has been admitted to the hospital and is in critical condition. Gayatri now feels extremely guilty for behaving badly with Bhabhima and is very upset."

Gayatri says "Yes I was very upset that Bhabhima could make such a suggestion but I know somewhere that she did not mean any of it. She was very upset with Nandini's problem and was confused about what to do. I regret having made her feel so guilty about it instead of talking it out with her. I just hope and pray that she recovers quickly."

Bhabhima's brother, Ranjan says "I am so worried about Bhabhima's condition and want her to recover quickly. This is my fault as I should have not pressurised her to talk to Akshara about giving Naksh to Nandini. But I just could not bear to see her so worried and hence I put forth this suggestion."

Akshara and Naitik are still not aware of the whole drama surrounding Naksh. But will Gayatri tell Akshara and Naitk about Bhabhima's suggestion?
