Man Sanaya is brilliant at comedy...she just owned this scene. Every expression of hers was spot on. I watched this scene so many times...once as a whole with the rest of the episode, a few times for Barun's hot and amused expressions đł but mostly for Sanaya's hysterical expressions.
I thought for a second that she might actually start drooling đ It was perfect. She was acting like the food was calling out to her...sooo adorable and funny.
If they give her well-written comedy scenes, I have absolutely no issues with her doing comedy because she can actually pull it off. Just don't give her over-the-top and unfunny nonsense like the swami crap. It's not fair to her talent...get better writers if the current ones suck at writing good comedy scenes.
Also, I liked the balance. She had both comedy and emotional scenes today. Don't just reduce her to comedy. Kajol can do comedy as she did in the first half of K3G but they gave the same attention to showing her emotional side. I want that for Sanaya's character because she can excel at both. That's why we connected to Khushi at the beginning...when her character was well-written and the ratings were rocking. Please don't go away from that again. You have a great actress on hand who can perform any emotion...when most of these girls on television can only cry...so use it to your advantage instead of giving her meaningless scenes that make people get annoyed at her character.
Anyways, loved that scene...very well-acted by both SaRun but just had to give a special shout-out to Sanaya because she literally made me laugh out loud...even professional comedians can't do that sometimes.đ
