I agree and had made similar post before today after the episode.

If this is one possibility then there could be one more possibility that there would be some wedding prepartion happening in their neighborhood.

Someone may comeup with talks related to marriage or may tease abt it to khushis(her dream ) which might hurt her and trigger her to push arnav to blurt out the reason behind their contract marriage?

sorry i didnt go through ur post..😃i wud luv 2 see the wedding option 2..guests tslking abt herw edding or smeone takling abt her old fiance n arnie overhearing it...n then the revelation...i wud also love 2 see sme RVs during wedding 😳
