Going by current track , I think what is going to happen is
1. Aranav will tell Khushi why he married her and will not give any opportunity for her to defend and she will be too shocked to do anything and will return back to RM after 8 days. She will be a changed and sad person and will go into depression.
2. anjali will have "miscarriage" , it could be staged one... Already atleast 1+3 = 4 months are over. She does not want to put a pillow "Kahani" style, in this hot summer of Delhi.
3. Anjali will realise things are still not well ( she knows from the beginning why the marriage took place but she had hopes that the two love birds will sort out their problems). She will also resign to the fact that none of the problems ( shyam has not changed his ways , Khushi -Aranav are still having fights) has been solved yet and she will start a new "kahani" to bring Aranav-Khushi together.
4. Thanks to Anjali, Mamaji and Bubbly Shyam's truth will be out. Khushi and Aranav may also get involved . Meanwhile Aranav may get some clues about Anjali's drama and Khushi's innocence directly from anjali or due to some other situations.
5. Aranav will realise his biggest mistake of life and Khushi will not forgive him, at least for some time. In fact Aranav will feel so bad that he may withdraw himself totally for some time, regretting his actions. Khushi may leave RM to go to GH.
6.The repentance and redemption track will also see how Anjali builds her life all over again. If Khushi had left RM, he will see that Khushi has to come to RM to help out Anjali and he will be more often at home ... to be near Khushi and Anjali.
7. This track will have interesting episodes, now that our hero has put his mind, soul and heart to woo over his lady love.
