I just want to clarify that as far as I know Kriya aka Shakti is not coming back then why is she mentioned in every episode. Is a sign that Shakti might come back and they don't want to erase the character quite yet. The thing is I can't see Rey getting upset every time.😔

We wish, pray and hope she decides to come back. As per your question why she is still mentioned, then I see nothing wrong with it. In fact she SHOULD be mentioned. She has been an important part of the show as Kriya and her character isn't some random person in the college that can be forgotten that easily. She has been playing an important part in all of their personal lives and least the Cvs can do for us is keep her still alive in the show instead of completely brushing and burning the character in thin air like she never existed. Seeing Rey upset part, I get your part. But that too, to an extent, is necessary.
