Khushi: I think he is right RS, I am not fit for jenny's character...lovelin and arnav is more comfortable with each other than me and arnav...I dont want to spoil the drama...its about our college reputation...i think she is more apt for this role...as far as the chemistry, carring western out fits are concerned...RS please keep me out of this...
Arnav had a weird feeling listening to khushi's words...he felt like someone has stabbed his heart...he could sense the sadness in her words...
RS: Ok then...I think we should give it a try with lovelin then...arnav khushi chemistry not happening for me...
Khushi walked out of the rehearsal hall. she rushed through the corridor walking faster and faster occasionally running...opened the door of their dorm and crashed on the bed crying holding the script...she felt extremely bad...first she wanted to just throw the script away but somehow she couldnot.

Arnav on the other hand couldnot believe what she has done just now...he never wanted it like this...i mean ya he is angry on her but he never wanted her to leave the play like this...and he new that it will all the more lessen the chances of her being the best student of the year...I should just go and explain it to her...he thought...after that its upto her what she want to do.
After the half hearted rehearsal with lovelin he went to the girl's dorm...though he was not allowed but being the boys captain he was allowed...
He knocked the door...
Khushi: Go away tanni...i dont want to open the door now...
Arnav: Khushi! Its me
Khushi looked at the door realizing recognizing the voice. Go away...I dont want to talk to you now.
Arnav: Khushi! please yaar
Khushi: Get lost arnav...

Khushi: Arnav!...Arnav!...looks like he has gone...she came down from her bunk...tip toed and opened the latch of the lock...

Arnav held her wrist while she was pushing arnav and pinned her on the nearest wall...she started screaming...he shut her mouth placing his palm on it...she struggled...but ultimately failed...they had eye lock...khushi's breathing beacme calmer...arnav removed his palm from her face...he could see her puffy eyes which were still wet.
Arnav: Will you listen to me khushi! Please
Khushi crossed her hand by her chest...and giving a cold look to him but asking indirectly to go ahead...
Arnav: Khushi you cant leave the play like this...
Khushi: Why cant i and you must be happy that i have left...your favourite girl is with you na
Arnav: When it comes to compition it doesnot matter who is with me or not...you are one of the strong contender of student of the year and if you dont do this play you will loose some points.
Khushi: So you should be still happy...no?
Arnav: No i like healthy compition khushi...i dont find interest if there is no tough compition...thats why i came to tell you the system...
Khushi: Thanks aranv but i am not going to participate with you...
Arnav: Fine...mujhe jo bolna tha meine bol diya...now it is upto you what you want to do...he closed the door behind him and walked out...he muttered...let her do what she wants...mera kya jata hai...such a stubborn female i have never seen in my life...good for me.

In the evening tanni, annie, lav and khushi was chatting...khushi didnot want to come but her friends pushed her to come and join them...
In few minutes time arnav came with his friends after playing busket ball...they were all sweaty...😳
Arnav quickly started at khushi to see whether she is fine...after what happened in the morning...he was kind of relieved that she looked ok.
Khushi first saw him then ignored.
They came and sat beside the girl's table...
Lav: Oh my god asr is looking so damn hot like this...i wish i could kiss him yaar...Khushi staring at him face...his sweaty forehead...his jawline...his lips...she felt attracted...but composed herself and avoided her feelings.

Arnav: Ok Ok fine...the party is on tomorrow...and tanni, Lav, Annie you are invited...then looked at khushi who was eagerly waiting for him to invite her but he ignored her...
Khushi, fine he didnt invite me good only...in anycase i wouldnot have attended his party...why will i? I have no interest to go...but tlease he could have invited me...he invited all except me...to the hell with his party...she pouted her lips and faced opposite of them...
Arnav: Get you friend also if she wants...aisa party zindegi mein nahi dekhi hogi...Khushi's lips became "O" then narrowed her eyes...fine laad governer...i dont wish to see a party.
Khushi: I am not interested she shouted...
Arnav: Who said i have invited you? Waise looks like you want to come..i dont have any issues...you can come.
Khushi: grrr...and she walked to her dorm.

At night 12:00 tanni wished him happy birthday over the phone...and started chatting with him regarding the party...
Arnav: Aur kisiko wish nahi karna hai?
Tanni: Kisko? Looking sarcastically to khushi...khushi ignored...well i dont think someone else would like to wish you...
Khushi: Why will i wish him "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" she said that loud?
Arnav: Tan say thanks to her...
Tanni: Khush! Anrav tumko thanks bol raha hai?
Khushi: For what? I didnt wish him.
Tanni: Chal arnav sotey hai...its late now and we have early morning classes...bye...and disconnect the phone...
Tanni: For god sake stop pretending khush!

Tanni's sleep broke with some noices in the morning...it was khushi was pacing in the room all the clothes messed up, cupboard half open...
Tanni: What the hell are you doing with your clothes in the early morning?
she still couldnot open here eyes clearly...her vision still blur...she tried to look at the watch and dropped on the pillow...oh no khushi its just 6 am in the morning...what are you upto yaar?
Khushi: Nothing tan, sorry i disturbed you...you please go off to sleep...
Tan: Sleep? forget it...she woke up and started walking towards bathroom...
Khushi: Eureka!
Tan: You scared me...the little amount of sleep which was left in my eyes are now gone...

Tan: Oh Ok...but if you wish to go then were something western...its a party and i know how ASR's party are...i have a navy blue short dress...and its new...you can wear that if you want.

Everyone hugged arnav and wished him...it was a fabulous venue and fantastic arrangements.
Arnav: Hey girls good that you guys have turned up..come...in. he looked for khushi but he couldnot find her...he took out his cell phone to dial her no thinking that the way he has invited her was bad...but he didnot dial...the went to tan
Arnav: Hey tan...where is you friend? I cant see her around...
Tan: Lav is there and so is Annie...whom are you asking for? Oh khushi? But you didnt invite her (mocking him)
Arnav: Of course i did. yesterday you dont remember?
Tan: what kind of invitation was that? she is not coming she said
Arnav: Ok, thanks yaar
Tan: anytime...(looks like aag barabar ki lagi hai...the fire has erupted at the both end)
Arnav: Attitude haan? fine i dont need her in my party.
and there she was...looking as gorgeous as ever...in the blue dress...arnav was not able to take his eyes off...he wanted to stand but and the place but something kept his feet moving towards her...
Khushi looked a the handsome birthday boy and gave him a smile...they were close.
Arnav: Tum to aane wali nahi thi na?
Khushi: Happy Birthday Arnav!
Arnav: I was wrong khushi! You look stunning in western outfit.

Both of them exchanged looks during the whole party...both were feeling something inside them...until khushi was dragged on the dance floor by her other female friends...
Arnav watched her dancing and he as totally mesmerized with her dance this time...
Arnav: God she dances so well...suddenly he saw some males looking at khushi's back. he realized her zip had opened...he quickly made his way on the dance floor grabbed her hand and turned her towards him...she closed her eyes anticipating her hand which was going up to her back from the waist...she flicked her eyes...arnav looking directly in her eyes...slowly pulls her zip...she understood the situation and was about to fall weak in his arms until...
Arnav: Dont think i am effected by you khushi...when you dont know how to carry westerns then why you were them? To show your back to the rest of the world (he said as a joke)
Suddenly khushi's expression changed...she felt insulted...she pushed him back...which arnav was least expecting...
Khushi: Stay away from me...now i understood it was all your plan and tanni was a part of it...you wanted to insult me thats why you did this whole thing with me...i was planning to wear ethnic but tan she looked in disgust.
Arnav: Are you out of your head khushi? What the hell are you talking about..it was just a joke
Khushi: A joke? you think i am a joke? You think you can touch me whenever you want to? (Arnav was clueless) You think you have obliged me by inviting in a royel party? Bichari ne kabhi nahi attend kiya hoga sochke?
Tan: Khushi, I think you have lost it.
Khushi: Tan i didnt expect this from you...
Tan: What? What did i do? looks like it was my mistake asking you to wear this...
Khushi walked out of the party crying...and feeling insulted about the whole incident.
Precap: Khushi realises that the hook broke while she removed the price tag from the dress...and without the hook the zip slipped down as the dress was too tight for her.
