Arnav: turned...i think you guys can take it up from here...i will leave...by tanni...glaring at khushi who gave him a smile but he just ignored and sat in the car and started moving ahead...he could see khushi's state from the mirrior in the car...who was struggling with her leg...tanni was not able to manage...he put a sudden break...opened the door and walked towards them...
Khushi suddenly felt picked by someone and that someone was arnav.
Arnav was not looking at her...he just picked her and asked tanni to show their room...he carried khusi to the room and placed her on the bed...khushi held his hand but he instantly removed it and went away wishing tanni good night...but he didnt speak a single word to khushi...
Khushi felt very sad. Tanni gave her water to drink until khushi broke down in front of her...blurting out the whole episode...Tanni consoled her and told her not to worry. Everything will be just fine.
Khushi woke up next morning...it was gloomy...the weather and so was she. she picked up her clothes went to the bathroom silently. Came out after 15 mins and stood in-front of the mirror. She looked at herself and recollected what has happened yesterday...it was not less than a night mare she thought. Tears rooled down her cheeks thinking if arnav wouldnt have come to save her then...she close her eyes and opened it again...she was a blue patch at the corner of her lips...that was due to the slap arnav gave her...it has turned blue in due course of time...she touched it and it was of no pain...she found herself smiling while touching it with her finger...
Khushi muttering on her own: You deserved it Khushi Kumari Gupta...how could you say such a bold word like rape? and How long did you know about Rishi that you believed him? Its onlu beacuse of you i ended up blurting out Mr. Arnav Singh Riazada...neither you would have given me a snobbish impression nor i have thought you to be a spoiled child. It was all your fault.
But i definitely owe you an apology...yes i am going to say sorry to you in-front of the whole college. I have burt you and so now i have to pay for it.
She quickly did her touch ups and took her bag locked the dorm door and went to the college campus...
While walking through the corridors her eyes searched him...the field that she crossed, the basketball field...the library she searched but couldnot find him anywhere...she was loosing her patients now...she was about to ask avi who was standing near their classroom...then he saw a glimpse of the guy who was wearing a denim and a blue levis t-shirt, gelled hair and nike snickers there stood her saviour ASR...she didnt hesitate to go in-front of him. She said hi to all but the hi she said to arnav was different...a smile playing in her lips and eyes with affection.
Arnav looked at her and then her foot...he turned and asked avi whether he will be attending the class or not and just ignored khushi and went inside.
Khushi's jaw dropped...how dare he? Am i not wrong he just ignored me...no khushi kumari gupta...calm down...its all your mess and you have to mend it...he is not wrong today...it is quite rational what he is reacting.
she closed her eyes and composed herself...let side her ego and went behind the boys...
she was about to sit beside arnav...
Arnav: Excuse me! jerked his shoulder (as if what are you upto?) well this space is reserved for lovelin can you please sit somewhere else?
Khushi bend down, looked at the top of the desk, looked inside it...and clapped her hand once and with a smile playing on her face...there is no reserved tag on the desk...and she sat beside arnav. arnav looked away and saw lovelin is coming greeting him...he stood up and gave a light hug to her (khushi felt jealous...yeh lovelin ki bachhi...you think you can impress someone wearing tiny clothes?)
Arnav: Love lets sit there pointing at the other end of the desk...then looking at khushi someone has forcefully taken your sit...he holds lovelin's waist and was about to go...
Khushi: I think you guys can sit here, i was just kidding with him, i was just pulling his legs...please dont mind...she got up and walked out from the classroom...she was hurt again with arnav's behaviour...arnav understood that and just ignored it as he did that purposely...
The class started but there was no sign of khushi...arnav's concentration was more on the classroom entrance then on the lecture...he was looking at his watch and then again looking at the entrance door. But there was no trace of khushi. Avi who was sitting beside arnav sensed the tension in arnav's gestures...
After the class...
Avi: Hey arnav, whats wrong with you?
Arnav: What? Nothing...
Avi: It was you favorite period and your concentration was somewhere else...and you are saying that nothing is wrong? You were more interested looking at the classroom entrance...were you looking for khushi?
Arnav: Are you mad? why will i look for her? he sighed away
Avi: She was the only girl missing from the class today...so who else were you looking for?
Arnav: Shut up Avi...chale ab?

Khushi was sitting on a bench on the field...
Annie: Hey khush! Whats up? Why didnot you attend today's lecture?
Khushi: Bas mann nahi tha...(just like that...didnt feel like actually)
Annie: Hmmm. lets go you have your rehearsals today...
Khushi: Today?
Annie: Ya, RS came inbetween the class and announced that there will be rehearsal today.
Khushi: Suddenly khushi's face enlightened...ok lets go...

In the rehearsal hall...
Arnav was practicing his single onces when khushi entered...he could feel her presence without looking at her...he was dazed...
Arnav tried not to look at her and he continued his practice.
Khushi came beside him...
Khushi: Arnav, I want to talk to you...
Arnav: Cant you see, I am practicing?
Khushi: Ya I can see that but i need to talk to you before RS comes...
Arnav: I dont have any interest to talk to you khushi...let me concentrate...
Khushi: Pulls him by his shoulders...you have to listen to me she shouted.
Arnav: Fine...looking at people around them who were staring at them...
Khushi: I am...
Arnav: You are what khushi?
Khushi: I am Sorry...I really am...it was all my fault...and i know one simple sorry is not enough.
Arnav: Yes you are right...what you did cannot be undone with a simple sorry...
Khushi who took a step forward to place a peck on arnav's cheeks was pushed by him (he anticipated that).
Arnav: Are you out of your head? How dare you? Who do you think you are? and who has given you the permission to Kiss me? Maintain you distance Khushi Kumari Gupta...dont try your tricks on me...and such a lame trick.
Khushi was now extremely embarrassed..she never anticipated that arnav will push her...
She went and sat...everyone looking at her.
RS: hey guys good morning...so here we are...well princy has given permission to rehearse everyday after class as the competition is coming close. So lets move it from the top...Arnav are you ready? Today we will start from your single dialogues and then khushi's and then both of yours. I hoe you guys have rehearsed well in these days...
After brilliant performance by arnav, it was time for khushi to show her talent in acting for the first time and she was excellent nothing less than arnav...she showed her depth in the character and RS was convinced that no one...literally no one will be able to play jenny better than her.
RS: Well both of you did a great job and i am quite convinced with your acting skills as far as single performance is concerned...lets see how you perform as couple...
Arnav joined khushi on stage...
Khushi closed her eyes as she felt uncomfortable to act romantic in front of him
Khushi: RS can be do once closing my eyes please?
RS: Khushi come on...you cant close your eyes and do it all the time...you have to practice with your eyes open and looking at him...otherwise how will you get the feel...you have to relate to the audience at the end of the day...
ArnaV: RS i told you before that issey nahi hoga.
Khushi: RS, please last time...
RS: Ok fine...but last time
Khushi:James (coming close to him) please dont leave me.Arnav: Jenny i wish i could...but you know my dreams...
Khushi: who was about to grab collar gets cuts off by arnav's whisper...dont you dare touch me...
Khushi: But the sequence is like that arnav...
Arnav: To hell with the sequence...you can act as if you are touching it...you dont need to do that exactly...
Khushi felt sad...fine
She just acted as if she is holding it...so i was never a part of your dreams...What about those dreams which we saw together?
Arnav: What dreams are you talking about? We have never promised anything to each other...we always wanted each other's support thats it.
Khushi: Thats it James? So if i die it will not matter to you that means?
Arnav: Shut up Jenny how can you tell this?
Khushi: You are expecting me to do the same...
Khushi: I cant see you die James...I cant
Arnav didnt place his hand on her waist...he just acted as if he is holding her...
Khushi skipped the cue...she was waiting for arnav to touch...she stood mum for few seconds...
RS: Whats going on Khushi? You have to propose james...why are you quiet?
Khushi opened her eyes...but sir i was waiting for his cue, he was supposed to touch me before i say the next part...but he didnt...she then saw his hand near her waist but not touching...
RS: Khushi i dont think you are taking it seriously...this is too much...it has been more than a week but still you cant deliver it properly...itna kya mushkil hai?
Arnav: sir, its not at all difficult...its just that she cant do it properly...see i will show you this whole part with lovelin.
Arnav enacted the whole sequence smoothly with lovelin and lovelin was quite good. specially their chemistry was far better...they looked comfortable with each other...
Arnav: RS, I think you need to give it a thought regarding jenny's character...its still not very late to change...looking at khushi...
Khushi was shattered from inside...she took her bag...
Khushi: I think he is right RS, I am not fit for jenny's character...lovelin and arnav is more comfortable with each other than me and arnav...I dont want to spoil the drama...its about our college reputation...i think she is more apt for this role...as far as the chemistry, carring western out fits are concerned...RS please keep me out of this...
Arnav had a weird feeling listening to khushi's words...he felt like someone has stabbed his heart...he could sense the sadness in her words...
RS: Ok then...I think we should give it a try with lovelin then...arnav khushi chemistry not happening for me...
Khushi walked out of the rehearsal hall...
