OK Guys...So I watched todays episode...and the thought that came immediately to mind was... CV sare really flaunting their trump card...Yes, you guessed it right ...Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada...Since yesterday it has been all about how what a superman he is...the best of the best not in one thing and not in two ...in just about everything (if you forget about the bad temper and being prone to pathetic MUs)...

So our Superhero is only 26 years old...but

He already has an MBA from Harvard...

He is a very successful business man who own a chain of fhsion outlets

He can beat you at a desi game of your choice...

He does not scream ...even when he is irritated by Khushi to the extent you have seen...

He is actually reasonably polite with others...and

He looks like this...😃

All this...means...(Jeopardy music plays)...

Our girl to be extremely attracted to him...😳

SO, the marriage track that I wanted to see is finally coming to life...!!!The best scene in todays episode...was of course the bed time one...

Loved how the neighbourhood people...were so polite to him...when he came out of the BR...They were very gracious...so he had no choice but be gracious himself...and he was embarrassed by Buaji's question that should they come and fan him ...if he is feeling hot..?.😃

Then I loved his reaction about calling an electrician to fix it...it was so ASR...Khushis was justified in refusing that proposal too...

When he put that rolled up bed sheet between them in what looked like no bigger than a full size bed...It seemed a bit funny...The role reversal is so obvious...Isn't it usually the girl in Hindi movies who is trying everthing to avoid the co-sleeping situation...putting pillows in between and so on...The times have certainly changed...😃😃

The fight over the preferred side of the bed was very cute...and then when Khushi gave in it was a welcome change too...😃

Khushis movements at bed time seemed natural at first..but by the end of it I was coninced she was pretendingto sleep to try and push him off the bed...😆😆...Or may it is She who can't resist a hot body like Arnie next to her...😉 Either way...there is something fishy about how much she moved...Arnie knew it too...thats why he said..."pehle to kabhi nahi kiya..." Meaning sle sleeps much more quietly when she was sleeping by herself...

The morning Rabba Ve...was nice!! Long awaited...😃😃 Glad to see at least some hesitation on her part...Isn't she the inexperineced one in this relationship...????😆😆😆😆

But if not the one ...one of the best things about this scene was...HER HAIR PIECE WAS GONE>>>>SHE LOOKED BEAUTIFUL IN HER BRAID AND SALWAR SUIT!!!!👍🏼

Ahh...but the hair piece and the A line suits made a reappearance again in the morning...AGHGHGHGHGH😡

Any way...about the morning scene...Can't figure out Arnie went out jogging in that full sleeved track suit...unless the entire purpose was to show him taking it off so that the can flaunt his a little more...The strategy.. is clear folks...They want to get out of the TRP dump by using their trump card...😆😆😆...as many times and in as many ways that they can...

The bathroom scene...? Yet another opportunity for Khushis tricks to fail...and the viewers to get the long awaited hot moments...BOY times have really changed...Wasn't it as recent as in Dil Bole Haddippa..that it was the heroine (Rani Mukharjee) who had to bare it all in a bathroom scene and Rohan (Shahid Kapoor) to catch a glimpse of her to fall for her...Well in this case...we are all set to see a reversal of roles again...😃😃

By the way, is it World Hyperventilating Teenager Day? Did I miss the memo? 😲

The under 20 crowd got an overload of BS eye candy - enough to sustain them over the weekend. 😆 I wonder how many new BS posters will go up on walls tonight - with big hearts drawn around his initials!

1. The SR's (Singh Raizadas) are forced to share a bed. BS and SI's comfort level and ease with each other is so apparent - it just elevates even the most mundane sequence into pure entertainment. 👏 If we're going to be stuck in MU land for the foreseeable future, then this kind of interaction totally works - so long as KSR doesn't go OTT banshee on me.

They each got in a number of memorable one-liners today. It's this quick witted, but still harmless repartee that adds spice to their relationship, and is missing for Payash - which resembles the bland, boiled fare that ASR was served earlier this week. 🤢 Her "Arnav-rekha" crack, his ironic eyebrow lift in response, her sarcastic pati-parmeshwar capitulation, his creaking bed zinger - no wonder the audience wants Arhi for all 22 minutes of each episode! 😃

2. The jostling for space begins. This is something every couple goes through, reel or real.There's always one person in each relationship who sleeps like a puppy chasing its own tail at nights. 😉 While KSR does her imitation of a storm tossed compass at sea - ASR ends up clinging to the edge of the bed all night. But all is forgiven at daybreak - Rabba Veyyy! This RV was mandatory - the CV's would have been shot on sight if they had allowed the leads to just hop out like any other day! 😉

3. At the desi-gym - a brief glimpse of the ASR of yore - who never backs down from a challenge. KICK-ASS BG score - LOVED how they blended it with the signature ASR tune!! 👏KSR's provocation boomerangs on her, and ASR's muscle show causes marital spats and teenage squeals in households across the subcontinent. I'm thinking - did the guy take steroids? 😲 He looked pretty skinny barely two weeks ago during that Dilli Mein Bali episode!

By the way - the gym guy's "Agar mard ho" comment doesn't bother ASR, but KSR's brief taunt does the trick...when will these two see the light? 😛

4. After Payash and PayMam - allow me to present Paybub. 😕 Someone swat that kid's butt with a rolled up newspaper. 😡 And speaking of derrierres - dear Payal needs to hit the gym for a spot of toning. Or is it just the saree making her look triangular?

5. Wardrobe update for the day - focuses on KSR today. Another one of those simple night suits that look so good on her. 👍🏼 Her daytime look with all the bling and the A-line outfits reminds me of a decorated Christmas tree - if she were stateside, kids would be clambering on her trying to hang popcorn strings and plastic Santas.

So another week draws to a close. For the rest of us stil looking for progress on the MU, the plot is now officially missing and adorns the side of milk cartons - with a "HAVE YOU SEEN IT ANYWHERE?" message stamped across the top.

If you do find it, don't bother calling the PH - no one's at home. The men are out watching IPL, and the females were rushed to ER with cardiac arrest after today. 😛

Breezy friday episode. A good way to end what has been a very good week.

I liked the sharing the bed sequence. The SP bahufication of ASR and a cluelessly aggresive Khushi was fun to watch. Weird but fun. "tum hamesha to aise nahi soti ho". "Aapko kaise pata?" Because he watches you sleep, dear girl. I found that downright creepy in that vampire book. But here, strangely not.

Then of course, the friday appearance of ASR on schedule, with dhols this time, showing doley-sholey and all. On her journey to show him the "asli duniya",

Khushi: "Aap nahi kar payenge"

random Neighbor: "manje hue khiladi hai. Yeh to kuch bhi kar sakte hain"

ASR : "Rehne do Khushi. Tum nahi kar paogi"

So from "Asli duniya mein to sirf dil toot te hain" to "nakli phool or taare lagane se duniya sundar nahi ban jati" to this. Forget clearing of MU, forget adding to RTR of either of them, forget them getting close. As of friday 4/20/2012 ,we are heading towards the reveal of the "Asli duniya" to Khushi.

So let Khushi have her little wins in the bathroom fight. She is heading towards a rude awakening.

I liked this episode. The neighbors continue to impress me, first it was their reaction when they first learned of Khushi's marriage, then it was the way they welcomed Arnav and blessed his married life and now this. I was expecting them to create a scene but instead they were calm and understanding which was nice.

Finally they are sleeping on the same bed. It seems Arnav was expecting Khushi to put up more of a fight as she caved much earlier than he expected. I loved this scene, it was realistic they would argue about which side they would like to sleep and I couldn't help but laugh at how Khushi nearly pushed him off the bed. It was funny!!

Next morning, finally a Rabba Ve that worked and was essential for the scene. I loved it! I fully expected Arnav to be looking at Khushi sleeping peacefully yet looking away when he noticed her eyes starting to open. Arnav totally called Khushi out on her out of character sleeping habits as he knows her well enough to know she doesn't roll around like that. Good scene!!

Loved the return of ASR's music as he rised to the challenge Khushi made him, best of all we saw how affected she was seeing Arnav. I have missed these scenes, finally the CVs are utilizing the chemistry between the leads properly.

Khushi's antics have become annoying but it is not out of character for her as she has a history of doing these things to Arnav. At least this time it is leading to something good for this couple, looking forward to next week especially with the latest taglines and spoilers. Finally things are heading in the right direction!

Like you Sush, I was happy to see Khushi's hair styled differently with a change of clothes and her hair in a braided ponytail, she looked gorgeous!

Sush, what an episode, sent the entire forum drooling, panting. The wet hair locks swinging left and right in slow motion was like watching an IPK movie!!

Gotta love the Gupta's neighbours, so what if the power tripped because of Arnav bitwa, we will manage with natural breeze!

The entire bedroom banter was hilarious. Sanaya looked so nice in the pink night dress. The bed sequence, Khushi practically draping over him - very naturally done except that our ASR did not react normally! The dialogues that followed including Khushi's "how do you know we never shared a bed" 😆

The scene to watch out was the one where we finally had Khushi drooling over ASR. To hell with SP code of conduct, lets have this SP bahu break all rules starting from will not cry over my fate, will irritate you as my mind pleases and will drool openly. All said and done this character is definetly a marked variation.

Loved the little interactions that Arnav has with Amma and Buaji including the
background conversation of Arnav informing that he is going for jogging - very nice.

So we have some serious track coming up now - looks like Khushi will know the reason as evident by the tagline + misthi's spoilers.

Overall a very good week in IPK land, one of the better ones since Holi.

Slow, steady progression; they are trying to read each other; trying to figure what would be the best way to handle the other; how much is too much...😆 ASR is a step ahead of Khushi; he seems to have figured her out more than she has, Partly because he has a deep sense of hurt, guilt that stops him short of hurting her again.

He is exercising great restraint; being firm when he has to & letting her win the smaller battles. Yes, he has learned to pick his battles & win them. He will play along & let her win all the petty fights but he will put his foot down when it matters the most. He was adamant when it came to the sleeping arrangement; he went along with her bak-bak but put his foot down & said he needs to sleep on the left side. She also knows when to not argue; when she realized he had reached his melting point she quietly moves to the right. Growing understanding that was shown very cleverly yet funny👏

Arnav Rekha vanished within seconds; shows she trusts him enough to drift off without a care in the world.He was more affected by her proximity than she was. Although when she realized it in the morning she was conscious that she had violated his space but was unapologetic. Goes to show that she knows she owns him; uska haq hai & she was indirectly telling him to deal with it, "Hum aise hi sote hai" 😆 Both paused for a min when they realized how messed up it was that they hadn't spent a night on the same bed until that night. It took them 3 months to be on the same bed...😲 Will we ever get to hear the ILU?😆😆😆

Her attempt to challenge him to exercise with the other men backfired. For the first time she was seriously affected by his physical proximity. She is finally realizing that he is indeed her man. All this time they were squabbling, scheming, hating each other but now this time together has invoked new feelings, new emotions. She is finally feeling the sense of belonging. She saw him as her man probably for the first time...😳

What started off as a childish prank ended up invoking intense feelings; a deep physical attraction. This was new to her & he noticed it too. He paused but she was in Khushi mode again...She dismissed it just as quickly as she dismisses the hurt...But very soon she will not be able to dismiss it any longer...😍

In RM, they had room to hide from each other or stay aloof in the name of DS, AR, Aman,
the nosy Di & the goatwa... Here he is completely dependent on her and she is the only one he is comfortable with. The time at the Gupta's gives them limited room to escape from each other😉 Khushi 's pranks will only bring her closer to ASR.

ASR was a good boy today especially with the ladies...Body-shody bhi on full display...🤣CV's get their pimp card out yet again, the whole pouring water, old spice/lifebuoy moment with Khushi looking on...The feminist in me wants to go woot, woot...Nope, not looking at ASR's body but because there was a time when women were paraded on the ramp...Now it's girl power...Yes, why not take care of us women too. Men got what they wanted, girls in bikini. But times have changed; women need some eye candy too...😆😆😆

Cricket lovers have IPL, we have ASR...🤣🤣🤣

Khushi is slowly going into the "chahakar bhi nafrat nahi kar paati" phase but this OTT is a distraction. It takes away the intensity; hope they limit it. To show her folks she is putting on an act of a pativrata but her belief system will not let her fake it for too long...She will not realize when the transition will happen but it has started already... Before she knows, the faking will change to genuine love... ASR's long hair & the darker look he had on the wedding night are back...Another encounter in the making...?

Wow ...Sush..what a post!! Loved it. So much I feel like saying. Guess what? No electricity. One 5 minute thunder storm, one thunder and whole neighborhood is blacked out for 3 hours now. So, savingy cell battery to read everyone's thought. Will write when power comes back.

If khushi's mission is to irritate anyone, she has been Successful.

Heheheh! Nice post Sush...and loved the pics you have put up...enjoyed reading your post.

Yes...Mr. Hottie Singh Raizada seems like the perfect catch..barring his temper...

I laughed my head off at the bed scene...Sush, my cousin sister, who's a Mom to two kids rolls around in her sleep like that, and even kicks in her sleep 😆...so I actually found Khushi not pretending, but really doing it in her sleep.

It was very funny and I rewatched it so many times, also because of Arnav's reaction.

The only thing...would have loved it had they shown that ending scene longer, with more attraction apparent from Arnie's side, when he sees her hand on his collar...a bunch of us friends were joking that Arnie has become a hermit and we were disappointed to see only irritation and a chaste Rabba Vey at the end 😆

The Akhada scene...boy! He impressed and stunned his wife into silence with the showcase of How to Become Mr. Olympia 😆

He looked sizzling hot and I was very happy to see Khushi ogling at him and being very much affected by him...😳

The last few minutes...hmmm. Khushi got on my nerves, making me cringe, and I actually forwarded that part...I hope on Monday they show some meaty scene...not holding my breath on that one though!

All in all, an enjoyable episode...

Did you read the latest spoiler by Mishti? Arnav will tell Khushi the reason behind marrying her!
