Today's epi was awesome and the hug was epic...so happy to see a TV couple endorse a very underrated bollywood dialogue so beautifully ''pyaar dosti hai;;...it's tailor made for manveer...cuming to the post till now we've seen manyataa put her heart and soul into becoming a yuvrani...be it hardwork, honesty, courage, love, respect she's been there done that...but there's one last thing i really wish to be incorporated in her training that will complete her metamorphosis into yuvrani ie. mind. it is a bitter truth but we all know that in rajneeti one doesn't always get to see a rosy picture...''jab ghee seedhi ungli se nahin nikalta, toh ungli tedhi karni padti hai''...this sounds bad but is true...i want manyata to, by her will entirely, bend the rules for once to achieve her final victory because she knows she deserves it...i want to see her in dilemma, a word which is part and parcel of the life of a person holding power...then i want her to confess what she did only and only to udayveer and say that ab main pakki rajwadi ban gayi hun and realise that she's no more moniya...i'm not asking manyataa to become mean or lose her innocence not at all...in fact if intentions are pure and noble even mahabharata allows one to take the path of lie in order to achieve the greater good for eg. the story of ''ashwathama mara gaya''...it's a close call always bot that's what politics and decision making is all about...i don't want manyataa to learn it all in a day or become like her dadi saheb...she will learn the art of decission-making slowly, as as she rules devgarh and connects with her ppl(i really wanna see that cos they always talk of praja, praja sitting in the luxury of the palace but we've never even seen their subjects)...but before taking on the rajgaddi she needs to catch a fair glimpse of it...that things are not always black or white and the grey has to be taken with a pinch of salt

i'm almost a silent reader on this forum
jus expressed my vie
share ur thoughts,
Shilpa

Firstly, a wonderful post, u should really post more often.
I completely agree that politics is an inevitable part of any person holding power becoz he/she will always face many enemies rather than supporters. We have seen M being very unintelligent in some situations like thinking that the reporters were actually helping her find Akash, and that she cud get back Akash through SatyaGraha and stuff, obviously UV showed her the reality and I hope her past experiences will help her be not a masterly politician bt be worldly-wise or at least be a bit intelligent in handling such situations. I think how CVs portrayed M in the past, they actually made a strong base for her to learn by making mistakes which will b very useful to her in her journey of becoming the crown princess.

thnx a lot...and yess well said...she has started making statements like ''neeche khade ho kar bhi mera sar utha hai'' to jay but she needs to be more worldly-wise as u said...the combination of moniya's heart and manyata's mind is what will set her apart and make her a very special yuvrani...there is a need of a bit stability ''thehraav'' as they say in hindi in her character...which i'm sure will come eventually

yeah that's...this politics thing is not something u can learn in a day...it definitely is in her genes n dats y she's part of this competition...she sees her ever-plotting and scheming sister everyday! but she needs to be more aware of it...she has to be more conscious of the reality of politics and that will bring some maturity to her
