GUPTA FAMILY BATHROOM HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE

In the episode where Khushi drags Arnav in with her into the bathroom, I remember the bathroom looking quite decent and there was no broken mirror in sight. I think it was the episode just after Arnav breaks off with Lavanya and comes to the Gupta house with Payash wedding card.( Episode aired on 21^st Dec).The bathroom there was quite presentable by Indian Middle class standards.

Someone else in the forum has pointed out that Indian households are quite superstitious about having broken glass in the home. It is a sign of bad luck.

Knowing Garima and Bua, they would never keep that broken mirror at home.

The mirror / wahs basin was not in the bathroom but outside the house in the passage way.

What was shown in yesterday's episode was not the bathroom...it was the washbasin. But you're right about the broken mirror...am surprised that Garima and Buaji kept the broken mirror.

dear that wasnt the bathroom...but watever u have said regarding the broken mirror thats absolutely right...its a bad omen in India...n I dont think the Guptas arent aware of this! CVs plz be alert!

That is the point .This wash basin has never been shown before.Even when Arnav spilled the tea on his sleeve.Don't understand why this has suddenly appeared and shown in such a terrible manner.
