Valentines day..

2) Why did Arnav say sorry to Khushi and Payal

Because he broke Payal's first wedding by not letting khushi go when she ruined his fashion show by accident. (First meeting)

3) Why did Khushi quit her job at AR?

Because when he brought her home unconscious, everyone (Guptas) decided she was not going.to work there anymore.

4) How long will Arshi's marriage last?

Apparently, 6 months, but hopefully MU will be cleared by then.

5) Why did Arshi get married?

Because Arnav (from his POV) found out about Khushi loving Shyam (she doesn't, but this is HIS point-of-view) and khushi got blackmailed by Arnav that he would break her sister's wedding with Akaash..So she said "Yes, i'll marry you".

14th Feb(according to the show) but in reality 28th Feb(real time)
2) Why did Arnav say sorry to Khushi and Payal
for breaking Payal's first marriage
3) Why did Khushi quit her job at AR?
cz she thought Arnav really knew about the guest house's condition and still sent her there..and also cz Payal and Buaji insisted on it
4) How long will Arshi's marriage last?
for now months..but hopefully FOREVER!
5) Why did Arshi get married?
Arnav-to save his di's marriage cz he thinks that Khushi is having an affair with his jijaji..Khushi-to save her jiji's marriage cz Arnav blackmailed her
