Hello people...
i was just wondering if any one of youll have read the disclaimer that comes before DKDM?
the reason im asking is because there are lots of questions arising because of Vijayas entry etc...
but i have always said and maintain it-DKDM is INSPIRED from the Puranas and Dev Dutt Patnaiks works...they havent said it is word to word a copy of the Orignal texts,i.e
the disclaimer says-(in short translating in english)-
"This show is based on Puranic Texts and is created for entertainment purposes only,the intention of show is not to create any controversy,or hurt anyone's sentiments,and if such a thing happens Star India Pvt limited will not be held liable"
you get my point???
DKDM is an entertainment show essentially with its main plot taken from texts such as the Shiva puran and spun together in a story line...
i made this post so that people who dont watch this show and watch this show as well realize what the show is dealing with and essentially about,and how the show will be dealt with
GC and Debinas Ramayan on the flipside clearly stated that it was based on the Ramcharitramanas and the Ramayan Katha and followed it too-here no such claim is made!
so basically this show is a potpourri of the sanctity of the Puranas with Mirch Masala(for the purpose of story telling) put here and there...
just put forward this post to make the viewers realize the intention of the makers of the show
so enjoy the show and take a pinch of salt too-this isnt a typical mythological show!
