Part 4:
She was a girl who had dreams ...
A girl who had wishes...
A girl who was a princess...
A girl who was in love...
Now she is not that girl anymore...
She is just Meet's Geet...
who will fulfill his dream...
who will make sure that she will achieve what he wanted to...
At least this way she will be more close to him...
Her trance was broken by Meera, who was ushering her to a room...
As soon as she entered that place, she closed her eyes...
She felt him...like he was there...
Like this room contained his essence...
"You know Geet when Gurmeet bhaiya came, he stayed in this room only, and I know how you must be feeling...you know what I mean to say..." Meera was fumbling not able to make her understand what she wants to say.
Geet just smiled and said, "Thank you Meera. I understand." She just blinked her eyes in assurance.
In the meantime Aditya came there and said, "What happened? Yeh kya hai Meera, Geet is not settled till now?"
Meera just rolled her eyes at her brother and said, "Bhai she just came, I was showing her the room, but no you had to come and spoil the moment."
Aditya looked at her sternly, and shook his head saying, "It is no use talking to you."
He turns towards Geet and says, "I hope you feel comfortable, otherwise you can have another room on the first floor."
Geet looked at him and shook her head in a no, "Nahi, I am happy here."
"Okay then, you can freshen up and come out, we will have breakfast together. And my dear sis, please come with me so that she can take a breath with your non-stop talks."
Meera made a long face and then along with her brother went out to give her time to settle.
As they came out, closing the door behind, Meera just started crying and Adi engulfed her in a hug.
"Shh, Meera, stop crying, if she hears you what will we say?" Adi tried to console her.
"He was right, she has no life in her. She is just living for the sake of it." Meera said in between her sobs.
Adi wiped her tears and said, "And we have to help her. We are there for her, at her every step."
"She is everything that Gurmeet bhaiya said, but after he left, it seems like his Geet also left with him." Meera said smiling, thinking about those moments.
-------------------------------flashback---------------------
"I still don't believe it." Meera said stubbornly.
"You will once you see her," Gurmeet replied to her.
"But how can I recognize her just by your words," Meera pouted.
"Uff ho Meera, listen to me once again. There are many girls, I know, but there is only one Geet, Meet ki Geet, you need not see her picture to see her. because once you look in her eyes, you will only see me. Just like you will see only her in my eyes, because I am Geet ka Meet."
"Gurmeet tu bhi kahan isse samjhane ki koshish kar raha hai. Leave it. She will not understand." Adi said in between their conversation.
Meera pouted and said, "Aisa nahi hai. I will understand."
"Ok listen. The first time you see her, the first thing you notice is her hazel eyes, which are always shining, they can never be deciphered. They might drown you or just make you speechless. They are always filled with mischief when they sparkle. Her sigle curve of lips makes you want to smile, and when she laughs it seems like it is the most beautiful thing in the world. Her one look assures you that she is always there for you. When you talk to her if seems like you always want to hear her voice. Just like her name, she has the most wonderful voice. When you hear her sing, you can know what she is feeling. Her voice and her eyes are the window to her heart. They can never lie to you,"
"You love her very much naa." Meera asked.
"Love is a small word of what we feel for each other." Gurmmet replied.
Meera then said happily, "I can't wait for you to get married."
Adi asked in a puzzled form, "Isme marriage kahan se aa gayi?"
Meera replied, "bhai aap bhi naa. Ab when Gurmeet bhaiya will get married, then only I will be able to meet her naa?"
Adi nodded while Gurmeet shied at the name of marriage.
------------------------flashback ends----------------------
"It seems like her life is gone." Meera thought as she was working in the kitchen. "But I will not let her be like this from now on."
Meanwhile Geet came out of her room walking towards the dining area, wher Adi was already seated and Meera was putting everything on the table.
Adi saw her and said, "Arre Geet, come, we were waiting for you only."
Geet looked at him and said, "Can I ask you something?"
Adi smiled at her and said, "Of course, You can ask me anything you want."
"How did you know I was coming? And how did you recognize me?" Geet asked.
Both Adi and Meera looked at her shocked.
