Truly I Think Arnav is Virgin...reason..he never Like La presence in his Room...he want to live- in relationship because he was forced by family also he want to stay away from Khushi's thought...so Leave the Guy Alone...Indian Culture I know time change marriage has less values and to stay virgin people don't think its imp...but still u need to be in Love to not Virgin...especially if you have family values...ASR does have family values...May be he kissed but..I don't think he crossed limits...
