swayam and tani cousins?

I have this sudden thought first I didnt want to say anything about it but it just makes me feel that maybe tani is not swayams cousin...
I think she probably is swayams friend and swayam told her to join college for reys happiness...
I know the phone call swayam got from tanis parents, and then her staying at his house it's weird but...
I don't know guys but thats what I feel, guys what do you feel?...
