Problem with the annoying private message toolbox.

I am having problems with dealing with PM message tool box. When ever I arrive at IF it says that I received (number) private message which I am fine dealing with. It takes me to my inbox however that message continues to annoy me even in inbox through which i am not able to view my messages properly. Is it possible to remove that annoying message box so that I can view my messages properly?

tht happens 2 me sumtyms, it always keeps popping up... bt i find if i log of from IF, delete cookies, refresh the page and sign in2 IF agen, tht problem doesn't occur

Like Melz said, you've to refresh your page and then try again. If it still gives you the same problem, trying deleting your internet temporary files, it will work fine then.
