why cv's are misguiding the people/audience. There is no need of eye witness in case of rape. agar koi eye witness ho to woh rape karne kyun dega in case of the person is tied up

me too agree- am so upset with this - the victims word is enough- the idiot sameer needs to find a witness to say that he wasnt with mandira at the said time but was with so and so blah blah...

Victom is not sufficient in rape case. report and any witness not eye witness or solid reason behind the rape case. If in the rape case no witness and report to be change easily then what remain in the case. If in this no eye witness of sameer diwan present in sharma niwas at the time of rape. then simi easily proved that sameer is present at home or his with his fake witness. What do u think. If any mistake please comment.

@bold- indira answered that- what s the reason behind rape which makes it acceptable?
@bold italic- if they show sameer defensive its correct but here they are showing mandiras side as defensive which s wrong by law though maybe in practice thats what happens
