It's not just clicking the CM, bhakti, we must also open new threads in the forum and keep those threads active. Take a look at those forums which are in Top 10, like Punar Vivah and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Those forums are extremely active and though with the number of members here, we cannot be that active, if each of us opens new threads and replies in others', we can increase the ranking to at least Top 30 in my opinion.
