Karisma outshined everyone in HSSH and Biwi no. 1 and Biwi no. 1 may have had other stars but it was based on her character! It revolved around her! It released during World Cup and still became superhit.

And there were no multiplexes or inflated ticket prices which ''helped'' films to recover their budget and be declared hits!

And Fiza was her show, for which she won National Award.

Karisma had popular appeal, great comic timing and matching dance & comic timing of an entertainer like Govinda was no mean feat! She didn't just do serious roles, but proved her mettle both as serious actress and popular heroine.
