the episode today was awesome not because of Gohem ( actually a bit) but due to the practicality of the proverbs that "jo dusro k liye gaddha khodte hain woh khud usme girte h" and "Lord saves his true devotees and answers their prayer in one or the other way".
Gopi and koki are true devotees of kanhajii . So when gopi prayed to him to prevent rashi from doing any stupidity and when it came to save one of his true devotees Koki so how can our lord can ignore their wishes.
He answered gopis prayer by making those fruits fall( what a coincidence those were mangoes) and saving her on time by sending meethi and also creating a situation leading to rashi reach first in the trap she laid for koki than her so she gets trapped in her own web thereby saving koki.
