I agree... if a person is arrested he has to be presented before the magistrate ... & he was arrested in day time so logically police had to take him to the court & then court was supposed to decide... But this is HD... hell I'm tired of chanting this line...

in india--even ministers who accused in rape not able to get bail for atleast 1 month.

but here cvs shown it happened in few min.😆

once fir is lodged then bail plea hearing need to take place.
but here straight away simi got bail for sameer with out moving bail application in court.

in most of rape cases magistrates usually refuse bail.
most of the time in rape cases to get bail accused need to move to high court.

guys this is telesoap ..they have their own rules,law,system all dumb things ..whatever they try to show most of them r unrealistic and dum dum dummy but no choice beside watching..thus i am not get in to it at all. if u do end up with a big 😕 and will sing yieh kiya hua,kaise hua ,kiun hua ,kab hua..blah bla..😆

@100raj..yes u r rite.. sometimes i watch those bloopers and wonder that cvs and script writer eat a lot chai and samosa isilye patah nahi hota unlogon ko kiya likhrahe hain or dekharahe hain..just like chalo bhaiya fatafat ek zabardast scene likho us mai do teen thappars honi chahiye..😆 and munna ko zara aankhon surmayi ziadaah honi chahiye...😆

@ Balraj 😳 - I don't know about the laws in India but looking at the case being so publicly out there. It is strange bail was given. Even if money talks.

Maybe Indira 😳 won't just fight a rape case. She might catch corrupt cops too 😆

It is surprising thing har movie mein aisa h hota . In realy also get the antcipated bail in one hours only want the magistrate sign. Agar bail nahi milti h to garibo ko nahi milati. Agar is desh mein kuch nahi milta h to insaaf.
