Yes.. this was both unbelievable and irritating... He got bail in the same episode itself.

The CVs must take care to see to it that the soap runs as close to reality as possible. This was a very good chance for them to educate the general public about the laws governing rape.

By showing that a rapist can get bail within minutes of arrest and FIR, they are discouraging victims from going to police. If they show Sameer diwan harming the sharma family, then thats all.
All those women (victims) who want to go to the police will also back out..

Very bad and irresponsible from cvs.😡
