Most likely Teju might end up staying in India...
But Ovi... i feel Ovi may turn negative in the future. After losing Arjun to Archana's adopted daughter, she will hate Archana even more when she finds out. Also, she has dear granny to poison her mind further 😡

I think when Teju comes to know that Archana is her mother she will demand for an explanation from Archana as to why she did not care about her daughters and how could she did not look for her for 18 years of their lives. I also think that Teju will demand Archana to know why didn't she tell her that she is her mother and her mind will start wondering as like Manav and Sachin did about alimony and other stuffs.

I don't think Purvi will take Arjun away from Ovi especially after knowing that Arjun has offered to marry Ovi and learningthat Ovi is Archana's daughter and her sister.
