Hi SV fans!
So this is my first time writing in this forum as the show did not appeal to me initially but certain characters are really growing on me. Siiigh where to start?!
Amrit;s mother: one of those mothers who cannot stand the idea of their son/s loving someone else other than them...which makes no sense when they want them to get married because they have to love and respect their wife as they would their life partner . She is not only a greedy person in regards to money but in regard to everything else. Something that really makes no sense to me though is that sometimes she seems to be scared of Chachi and other times is able to scold her so whats the deal with that.
Chachi: I feel like she is a character that is both negative and positive. She can be negative and twist things around as when having Mr. Saxena to come and pay for all their shopping but then she sides with Amrit and talks good things about Sarooj 😕
Amrit's sister: I don't really think she has much of a role yet as she is just there but I am sure she will have her own little time when she is getting married or something and then attention will be on her. Right now she just seems like a spoiled brat but then from that kind of mother it's not surprising.
Vind: awww the only sane and sensible person in this family. Is he really Amrit's brother and a son that women?! He is not only a god person but also very kind and understanding. I feel like he got all the common sense and goodness from the mother and thats why Amrit and the sister lack it. He really seems to have a good chemistry with Neelo and I hope their paired up. He is one of the characters that got me more interested in this show.
Amrit: I know he is a character with many flaws and Sarroj is suppose to come and bring him on the right but to me infidelity is the low of the lowest things a man or woman could do so I will refrain from commenting on his character as I might use language that will get in trouble 😆
Sarla: Ok she is the same as Amrit but even worst at the moment because she started cheating on her husband and what Amrit had with her could be justified as he was single. Regardless both but very low characters so no discussion from me 😆
Madan madan madan: One of my favorite characters on the show. He has a heart of gold and if story would have been real I would say that Sarooj made the biggest mistake of her life but not marrying Madan because he would have treated her like a queen. Anyways now that it did happen no point in talking. However I do love him with Karuna just as well as he is just as sweet and caring towards her. I know he wasn't at first but come on the guy needed time to adjust to things and accept it. I just love love love the way he talks as even when he is mad he sounds funny hehe 😆...I love how he is comfortable with everyone in Saxena household.
Karuns: Definitely deserves a sweet and loving husband like Madan as i feel like she would have gone even more into her shell if she didnt get someone like him. She has been through a lot in her life and needs someone as lively and fun loving as Madan to brighten her life and bring her out of her shell.
Neelo: Sweet and fierceness one of the sisters and isn't afraid of voicing her opinion. I sense a load of problems if she is paired with Vinod as she would not be patient and will not tolerate unfairness but then she will have Vinod by her side so I think they will be just fine 😳
The other two sisters I think will get a little more development once the two older ones get married as I think these two so far as just there as the younger ones who should just study and don't do anything else. Although I do sense trouble with the third one as she seems to like westernized clothing and money and might land herself in trouble in future due to this.
Mr. Saxena: He is a genuinely nice and respectable person but I think he bows down too much to society just because he has five daughters. There were many moments in these preparations for the wedding where he should stood his ground and not bow in front of Amrit's family but he did. I feel like after his interactions with the mother he should've just broken the rishta but then how would the show go one 😆
Ok I think that about sums up the characters that stand out to me. I haven't seen much of activity in this forum but that could be due to the show being very new. So everyone is welcome to share their opinions and ideas in this post as I love a healthy debate/discussion 😊
