Well, this is how I think the track is going to move forward. Shyam knows Arnav married Khushi to protect his sister's marriage. Now Shyam will try to convince Arnav that his marriage to Khushi is going to endanger his sister's LIFE. Here's how I think this is going to pan out.
Shyam will continue to act all lovey dovey and excited about the baby to come. He'll hatch a plan to harm the baby (since all his plans don't work out, I don't think anything bad is going to happen) and make Arnav believe that Khushi was to blame for it. So Arnav will believe that though Shyam wants to mend his ways, Khushi still loves Shyam. This misunderstanding will make way for Khushi to know the truth about her marriage and she'll set out to clear her name.
I think the Anjali/Khushi conversation today was to make a huge impact when Arnav believes that Khushi is out to harm his sister.
