I am not envisioning much options for Indira. For starting , she should collect the Medical Report of Mandira from Lab ASAP before Sameer can do anything.

For Rishi , he should try to start digging to get proof against Sameer.

A DNA test would be decisive. Indira may not need too many witnesses. She needs the medical report to confirm rape and the DNA test. That should suffice.

but when case comes in court he may refuse to testify by taking money from sameer.

so when everything becomes lost --vidith may suddenly speak and end up giving witness.

may be thing will go in this direction.

At the moment police is not even writing complaint.

Ya.. you are correct. DNA test is not possible immediately. They will need to file the FIR first. Then in court, the prosecutor can challenge for DNA test of Sameer.
