Khushi: Come on Ariana open your mouth wide for mummy

Khushi was trying everything, everything she could to feed her 8 month year old baby, but Ariana refused to eat.

Khushi: come on baby, you have to eat say aaah.

Just then Arnav came inside the house after a long day at work. He searched for his two favourite people just then he saw khushi and Ariana in the dining room. Ariana on the high chair and khushi trying to feed her. He walked behind khushi and gave her a hug.

Khushi: Oh arnav thank gosh your home, look your baby is not eating she hasn't been eating all day.

Arnav put his laptop bag down and started making funny faces and impressions of a monkey just then Ariana was giggling, khushi took advantage of that and fed her every time she opened her mouth to laugh.

After she had finished feeding Ariana she went to the kitchen to put everything away. She got to the living room where Arnav and Ariana was.

Khushi: Arnav go and freshen up I will set dinner up for you. She went up to them and took Ariana off his arms when suddenly Ariana started to cry'

Arnav: ahaha Khushi looks like she wants to be with me, don't worry il take her upstairs with me and put her on her stroller.

Khushi: nodded her head and headed towards the kitchen. She heated everything up and called Arnav and Ariana to come downstairs.

Arnav got changed into his pyjama's as it was nearly 9pm. Ariana was in his arms trying to pull his hair this made khushi smile. "Lets see how much he can take it" she thought.

She served him his food and put Ariana on the high chair. They began eating when Arnav asked

"Khushi, I was thinking we go on a holiday we haven't been in a long time and besides I have a week off at work"

Khushi: Yeah! That would be fun, it would be better than last time now we have Ariana with us. Where you planning to take us?

Arnav: Im not sure, you chose since the last time I had chose a place.

Khushi: How about we go and visit Anjali? She really wants to see Ariana right, and she cant come obviously now she's heavily pregnant.

Arnav: hmmm, yeah I guess we could go there for a couple of nights and go somewhere else? Somewhere a bit more hot? America and?

Khushi: Hot? Um how about Egypt?

Arnav: great, we'll go there then. My holiday starts in two days so we'll go the day after that?

Khushi: sounds great! Did you hear bubba? You can finally go and see your Bua She's going to be so excited!

They continued to eat their meal.

Khushi: im going to take Ariana up to bed, you come whenever your finished okay?

Arnav; il be there in about half an hour.

Khushi smiled and headed towards the stairs.

After around 25 minutes Khushi had finally put Ariana to sleep. She moved her long black hair from her face and kissed her forehead. Good night my princess.

Khushi freshened up and went inside the duvet's she just closed her eyes when she felt Arnav's arm wrap around her body she smiled and turned around, she hugged him back and they both fell a sleep in each others arms peacefully.

The next morning khushi got up and saw that the baby was still asleep and so was Arnav.

She quickly had a shower and went downstairs to keep Arnav's breakfast ready.

She got upstairs after she had finished about to call Arnav she saw that he was already awake with Ariana in his arms.

Khushi: Oh, did she wake up baby? I thought she would be in deep sleep. Sorry, I know she kept waking up in the night.

Arnav: don't be silly, it feels good going through this' I guess this is what a father should be going through. After he said that he gave a kiss to Ariana and to khushi, he gave the baby to her and went to have a shower.

At the dining table.

Arnav: khushi il be back from office early today around lunch time, be ready we'll go out shopping today.

Khushi: what for?

Arnav: khushi you will need to buy things for the holiday remember?

Khushi: oh yeah I completely forgot.

Arnav got up ready to leave. She gave a kiss to Ariana. Be a good girl for mummy today he said and walked over to khushi. He gave her a long kiss, which got khushi surprised.

"This is for being an amazing mum and wife too" he whispered it in her ear. It sent cold shivers up her spine still.

He left leaving khushi smiling to her self.

It was now 1pm and Khushi was getting Ariana ready to go out. She herself got ready too.

Arnav came into the house to see them both ready. He picked up Ariana and said "you ready Khushi?"

Khushi: yeah you go into the car with Ariana let me go and get Ariana's changing bag.

Arnav agreed and took Ariana in the car. He buckled her up in her expensive car seat. She smiled. Arnav was happy to see her smiling, whenever she smiled it reminded him of a mini Khushi.

He saw khushi coming and they got into the car heading towards the shopping mall'

They got there in 10 minutes.

Arnav: which shop should we go in first?

Khushi: lets go and get Ariana's things first okay?

Arnav: alright he got Ariana out and put her in her stroller. They went into a babies shop. Khushi was looking around with Ariana wondering where Arnav disappeared to.

She looked around to find Arnav and things for Ariana when Arnav appeared in front of her with a lovely baby frock.

Khushi: Aww that's such a cute frock! Should we try it on Ariana? Ariana grabbed the dress and started playing with it. Her parents laughed.

After finishing Ariana's shopping they headed out of the door.

Arnav: come on khushi lets go and get you some things.

Khushi: no, no I don't need anything. Besides we came shopping last weekend and you spent a fortune on me.

Arnav: so what? Ive got the money so why cant I spoil you? what else should I do with my money? Come on lets go to this shop here.

Arnav pointed out a lingerie shop.

Khushi gasped: Arnav, what you saying. These things are atrocious. They're so skimpy I prefer going to a normal shop and buy my lingerie.

Arnav: oh come on lets go, please let me chose one for you at least? He put her arms around her waist. "Khushi we're going on a holiday relax. No one's going to be there"

Khushi: shhh' what you doing Arnav there's so many people here what are they going to think?

Arnav: that im spending time with my wife what else?

Khushi: Come on then, if this is going to stop you embarrassing me.

They headed to the shop. They were in there for 10 minutes already and khushi hadn't picked anything. She was wondering were Arnav went to again!

She then saw him and in his hands were red lingerie. She gasped loud.

Khushi: DM what is this? What are you doing there's so many people in this shop I beg you stop embarrassing me.

Arnav: embarrass you, baby who's hear that your embarrassed of?

Khushi: oh you don't get it, what's this? you expect me to wear this? Dream on.

Arnav: we'll see about that when we're there.

Khushi sighed and headed out of the shop with Ariana. Arnav bought her the things he chose and got out following his wife.

Khushi: right come on, lets go and get you some things.

Khushi headed towards a men shop, "you take Ariana, let me shop for you"

Arnav was pushing her stroller picking things out for himself. Ariana pointed at something she wanted. It was a white hugo boss top. Arnav smiled at how his daughter picked something nice and expensive out for him.

He walked down the aisle looking for Khushi he spotted her speaking to a handsome man.

Arnav's blood boiled. How dare he come next to my wife and speak to her. He rushed over there and took khushi aside.

Khushi: What wrong what are you doing?!

Arnav: who is this your speaking to so nicely?

Khushi: he is a staff of this shop I was asking him if he got this top in a bigger size. She showed him a sea blue top and looking at him puzzled. The man who helped her smiled at Arnav and his concern for his wife. Il just go and get this for you in another size' with that he walked off.

Arnav: im sorry! I just cant thing of another guy being with you when im not here.

Khushi: shhh. Its okay hun, I understand remember the same thing happened with me when I saw you with that girl?

Arnav smiled as he remembered what happened that day and how vex khushi went seeing him with a girl who was in the same situation as the guy who helped khushi out today.

The same person came back with the top, they went to the till to pay for Arnav's things.

Arnav: Khushi, we'll eat out today I booked us a table at a restaurant.

Khushi: but arnav I prepared food at home, never mind I love eating out.

Arnav smiled and carried the shopping while khushi was pushing the stroller. They went in to the restaurant after being seated Arnav asked khushi what she wanted.
