Ahem and love: not letting go of her

Ahem as yet has not recollection of what happened that faithful Holi afternoon with Gopi and him.

To him life is still normal. He picked up where he left off before Holi day but one thing has changed with him- unknowingly to him, he is subconsciously drawn to Gopi.

As the day moves on from that day he is finding out things slowly in an abstract way still unsure how things happened and what caused it to happen. A case in point is his changed Gopi. He cannot figure out why she is keeping aloof and is teary eyed. He had tried some tactics to bring her close to him, like get her to see what was burning on his neck. He willingly removed his shirt, called her to him and get her to tell what that burn was. He went on to even get her to apply the ointment as it was unreachable to him. He watched her reluctance in getting close to him, he heard her hesitation in her voice and he observed her non-committal outlook towards him. He put it all down to it being a bad day.

Just how bad a day can get? He woke up late but expected her to wake him up. He wanted his green tea which she served without a smile on her face. He wanted her to give him his clothes, in return he got a negative response. He asked of a second cup of green tea as the first one went cold but the cup broke and he cut his finger. Now he overheard her take the blame for using all the mangoes for his mango shake.

Subconsciously though he is drawing her into his fold. Upon waking up and arriving home he went up to her her first thing, his insistence of her taking charge of his things, him wanting her to serve him tea and snacks, him pleasing her by wearing her favourite shirt and complimenting her for his tasty drink, him expecting her to be there for him at every turn and him calling after her as she is about to leave. He is not letting go of her at all.

No, he is not ignoring her silent calls for help. His eyes follow her at every occasion. His heart wants to give her love. His body language is saying don't shut me out. His voice is pleaing I am here for you.

How much longer will he ponder on this while he watches her breaking up inside? Will he rescue her in time?

A thing to note in Ahem and love today:

* a well-toned and muscular Nazim was a delight to watch in his vest - just loved his biceps.

Fantastic analysis Swasthi.

I am tempted to skip it all and comment only on the last part and wil resist.😆

I doubt the day could get any worst for Ahem, just the fact that his wife has made a 180 degree turn has left him baffled today. Poor fellow tried everything he could think of to get her to blush and see her shy smile, but to his surprise removing his shirt didn't even achieve this, in fact it made it worse.

My take, I think Ahem may have had a spark of memory, nothing solid, but a feeling so decided to test her. He sneaked a look in the mirror when she was applying the antiseptic and he noticed she was lost in her own world, he also noiced the single tear that she was unable to wipe completely.

When she walked out of the room, his look was thoughtful.

When he complimented the shake he made a point to look at her as if to say it was even better because she made it. So I agree with you he is doing all he can to pull her to him, but unknowingly to her she is already under his protection and he will leave no stone unturned to make sure that she is not hurt more.

We will see Ahem more and more by her side, protecting her, loving her and supporting her, he will continue to show her his love, because at this point words won't be enough.

One thing about today's scene I noticed is that his hesitation and awkwardness has all but disappeared. All his actions and words were natural as of a husband who is in love with his wife.

Okay on to Nazim's biceps.

In the past they have only given us small glimpse of his well tone muscular body, today's scene was longer than the past scenes, also as I said it was all done so naturally.

So what is next for us Ahem (Nazim) fans?

Is this a hint of us actually seeing Ahem shirtless in near future?

Let's wait and watch, but I would like to share a drinks on this hope.

@ Swasthi...loved your post. I thought he was trying to please her and he is doing everything in his power...lest confession...to bring her to him. So he needs to put the pedal to the metal...not physically, but mentally and get on with his confession...this may help her..

@ Xarina...as always you rock girl...I love your description...I could also ogle at him all day and night 😍
