Shyam in Arnav's place

In today's episode, did you notice that Shyam was sitting in Arnav's chair at the dining table. Usually Arnav sits on the left side of his nani but today he was sitting on the other side and Shyam was sitting in Arnav's place. Is this a symbolism that Shyam is trying to take Arnav's place ( in case of Khushi)? If you remember, Arnav is very possessive of his chair and doesn't allow any one to sit on his chair. They showed this when Khushi came to give him his typed papers while she was working in his office. Today the seats were changed.
