Okay I know most of us have just recovered from Barun'sLaLaLand and some of us are gonna take the whole weekend to officially stop drooling over his hot husky voice! Inspite of the fact that I have my Economics exam soon, I can't get over him so I decided to put out for you, THE BEST OF BARUN SOBTI!
1. Okay I heard almost all of the interview but the two best moments for me were when he says that I feel really happy when i crack jokes and my wife laughs! Aww he is SHUCH a cutie!
2. The second most favourite line was when Noreen asks him who is the one Bollywood actress you would want to have your Rabba Ve moments with, and he is blushing u can SO make out and giving a sheepish smile before he goes on to say: I don't know if this would meet your expectations, but I really like Sonali Bendre! Awww the best thing was that he is so honest and straight forward and just so pure hearted, spoke straight from his heart! Muah Barun!
3. The Balwant Kaur song! He was sooo embarrased you could make out! Trying his best to convince Noreen that it was Akshay who starts off with the song and that its him most of the time with whom he can sing, but Noreen chodne wali thodi thi! And so he sung and it was sooo cutee! I LOVE his voice!! His Punjabi accent is so hot! :D
4. The 'I love you too' he replied to one fan, and how he laughed when she went on and on ...she was the last fan and man was she excited! When she came on, I was like okay now HERE'S a real fan!! :D
5. Oh and yes of course when NK asks him about his fav singer, and Barun says Mohit Chauhan, but NK mishears him and says, What Noor Jahan! Haha! Though Barun didnt get her then (there was some misconnection there) it was really funny n cute!
6. One fan asked him to say 'What the', and Barun instantly transformed into ASR and out came his hoarse 'What the' Awww! :D
7. When he spoke about Sanaya! and how he plays pranks on her but he wasnt sure if Sanaya would want him to share it so he said that you can ask her! and we will! next week Sanaya its your turn to be grilled!!
8. Oh and how cud i forget this! somewhere in the beginning Noreen congratulates him for winning so many awards and he's like oh thank you! my co-actors told me and they were even happier than me! Aawww isnt he such a sweetipie? :) Deserves to be loved the way he's loved!!
9. Yep and Noreen told him that last nite after the confession epi was shown, India Forums apparently crashed cuz all fans were soo excited!! And it seemed he couldnt believe it! he was like really?!
10. And yeah his message to all IF and Twitter fans: thanking everybody and said to keep watching the show! :) he was so sweet and everything he said was most genuine!
11. There are a million other things I could add but I must intervene to say what stood out the most, and I mean it cuz while the interview was playing my family gathered around to hear him, was his complete honesty and humility! (For once let us leave his sexy husky voice behind ...for a lil while! ;)) He was so sweet! so genuine, so humble, just so naturally happy and interested to talk to everyone.. patiently and cutely! You could feel he was like my god am i really worthy of being on such a popular radio show? you know like you cud feel his humility! especially when he says sorry to Noreen when she tells him of the overwhelming response she got! and the havoc he created!!
But Barun Sobti, you deserve it all! Our love, respect and applause! We love you for not only playing such a difficult character (He admitted it was very tough for him to play ASR initially) but we also love you for being such a cute---
12. Oh wait up!! the BEST part actually was when he says, 'And I thank my parents for having brought me up this way!' I am such an idiot for having forgotten to mention that in here... but actually oh Barun! I m left breathless and speechless now! How do I, and we all express our love for you! Thank you for being not only an awesome actor, such a fun co-star, a loving husband (its so evident, your wife's oreally lucky!), such an adorable son, but thank you for being YOU!! :D
