UV killed Aakash?

Always suspected shadiness in UV but didn't think it would come to this. As several posts indicated, Aakash might come alive. But the question in my mind is how is UV going to clear himself of the cowardly act he performed which was filmed by Jai? I thought fight was was not fair and UV quite brutally bashed Aakash.If UV is indeed the hero, he has an uphill task here.
