So according to the waiter in the court yesterday, he saw Kunal attempting rape on Richa. What I found unusual/stupid was why would a guy keep doors open while raping a girl? Does he want to get into trouble? 😕

Good point...and even if he saw it..why did he not go and try to rescue ritcha. On human grounds how could he see a girl in trouble like that.

cvs like specualtions so leave to us for ansing ourselves

it might be tat kunal was in nasha n he thought tat he closed door but it wasn't closed properly .
he saw n heard wat kunal doing n said to richa.later kunal scared him if he opens his mouth anywhere tats the story mouthed by waiter in the direction of takral or richa.

it didn't happen actually so it's a story. so stories can be logical,illogical,believable,weird,unbearable etc.. like storytelling by cvs 🤪

subah toh door bandh tha na..probably middle night mei kunal ne windows aur door bandh kar diya hei...and they did not show us that...😉

Did anything usual happen till now in this case that we should think of this now.No logic,no continuation/co relation between any 2 hearings/witnesses/arguments.

Chalo maan lete hain Kunal nashe main tha and he didn't shut the door, so he saw Kunal attempting rape on her, why didn't he call the hotel management/informed the police?
