Brief Update
Arjun goes to a jeweller's shop and buys two gold bangles for Ovi, he buys two more and asks the shopkeeper to pack them seperately . He comes to the office , Vinay is talking to him when Purvi also comes in .She tells Arjun that she is not unprofessional so has come to serve her notice period .Arjun goes to the notice board and removes her resignation letter from there .He tells the staff that Purvi will not leave work and orders a cake in celebration of Purvi and Vinay's upcoming engagement .Purvi goes to his office to talk to him alone .She tells him that she still cannot come to work as she feel they are not comfortable working with each other .
She says that he was not the only one at fault .Even she has been so rude to him even though he is her boss. Purvi tells Arjun that after one week is the enagement and 6 weeks after is the wedding .Purvi wants to take time off for her wedding .Arjun says that in that case she can stay in the company for one week .The cake is cut by Vinay and Purvi .Arjun standing there and watching this sees them feeding cake to each other and gets uncomfortable , he is going through a lot of emotional stress watching all this . He calls Ovi and tells her that he is sending her the bangles and wants her to wear them immediately .Ovi is so happy because he has called her twice in one day but she is a bit surprised as well ...
Teju goes to a mall with Sulochna but she discovers that all her money has been stolen . She panics and looks around the mall for the pickpocket but cannot find him . Arjun calls Purvi and Vinay in his office .He starts speaking and says ' someone has told me how wrong I was , how arrogant I was ...but I am a human being also and not insensitive .He says that many people think I am not even human, but I am one . I can understand wh ypeople hate me but someone has made me realize all this and I can also be a good human being . " He says to them that he feels bad that he has not given them any gift .
He remarks that for some people marriage is for love but for some , it is just a necessity ( looking at Purvi ) .He gets the bangles and gives them to Purvi .He tells Purvi to keep them as a Shagun from the boy's side .Vinay's hands are all messed up with the cake so he tells Arjun to put the bangles on Purvi as he considers Arjun to be his friend .Purvi is extremely awkward and keeps looking down while Arjun puts the two bangles on her hand . When they come out of the office , Vinay tells Purvi that he wants her to work in this office only .Purvi says that she is not comfortable with Arjun .On hearing this Vinay gets a little irritated .
He tells Purvi that they cannot afford her not to work for 3 months and she should not think about her doing house work and only concentrate on her job he also starts commenting on how expensive the gold bangles must be ..Purvi is shocked to hear him talk like this .Archana goes to arjun's office , she is happ ywith him that he took Purvi's resignation back .He also tells her that she was right that a good company needs employees like her daughter .Archna invites him for the holi in her Chawl and says that if he comes then it wil lalso make her think about Ashna again " Suddenly she realizes what she has said and looks at a shocked Arjun looking at her as she talks so fondly about his late mother Ashna .

Arjun is talking to his father o nthe phone .DK is telling him ' Archana not only knows me but she used to know your mother very well, Archana and your mother were very good friends " . Then DK drops the bombshell on Arjun . " Archana is your Manav Uncle's wife " .
