Just caught up on this post...so what you are implying is...the twist is that Akash is really the devil's pawn in disguise.

And who is the devil? The one in the car...

In the old movies it was always the butler who did it...I wonder if in this case it is the Doctor

i had the same doubt...if it is the Doc..as the spoiler says, it may be someone Known Yet Unknown... so mera bhi doubt Doctor pe jaaying...😈
