After reaching home. He rushed towards his grandmother's room. And found mama ji was there waiting for him.

"How long we have been betrayed by him?" Mama Ji asked

"Don't know but Khushi knew much more than that. I am sure of it. She seems to be quite familiar with him and frightened too" Arnav replied

"Oh my. Oh my" grandmother whispered, her face gone pale as if bitter reality dawned on her.

"What is it amma?" Mama Ji asked

"Name of khushi's ex fianc and their paying guest was'" she started again but

"Shaym" reply came from the door.

Everyone turned around to see Aakash was standing there.

"Yes! Shaym manohar jha " he said again

"He is our jija ji and payal ji has told me everything about him and I am here to tell you all about it" aakash replied

"What are you saying? Are you in your senses?" mama ji said

"I am in my senses father .I have been informed that shaym met with Khushi ji and her parents in Luckhnow first, when some goons tried to mistreat with them. Then he followed them to Delhi and stayed with them as a paying guest in her Bua's home. He impressed Bua with his flattery and she considers him as his son. But he never told them about his marriage instead he said he has no relatives here. He helped Khushi to get a job in AR office"

"My office?" Arnav asked

"Yes your office. He himself informed the gupta family about the truth the very same day at which sutnarayan pooja was held here in shanti van. Khushi saw him here and broke her engagement at very instant." Aakash said

Arnav could remember what happened that day; reality began to draw on him.

"But why Khushi and Payal bitya didn't told us about it and they kept quite all the while?" nani ji asked.

"She came here to tell Anjali di about it but that day her mangal sooter broke and Khushi observed that how vulnerable anjali was seeing a broken mangal soter so she kept mum." Akash replied.

"And we all taunted Khushi bittya all the while, she was taking care of our family just like a family member and we treated her like a rag doll but she bore all punishments and never complained" nani said.

"Now the question is how to disclose this truth to anjli bitya, considering her condition?" mama ji said.

"She should not know about it" Arnav replied. He felt his heart sank with the every revelation of every truth.

"But we must keep an eye on sham, so that he would not bother Khushi again. He was threatening her today if only I hadn't reach home at right time. "He said closing his fists with anger and his nails dug into his flesh, leaving his knuckles white.

"I must leave now to see Khushi" he said while standing.

After igniting the car he sped through the deserted road towards hospital, all the memories of the moment spent with Khushi were flash backed in front of his eyes.

"She was innocent, I never gave a chance to her to defend herself, she was loyal to me and I was mean, I truly was a demon for her who ruined her life, and pushed her to the depths of hell. I deprived her from every relation she had, her innocence her freshness and her chirpiness"

"You are the loser Arnav Singh Rayzada" he shouted, banging his fist on the steering.

After reaching the hospital he rushed towards her room to see a sleeping Khushi. He couldn't take his eyes from her face. How angelic she looked? He thought.

A nurse was there who stand to leave when he entered

"How is she?" he asked

"Much better" nurse replied.

"How long she is being sleeping?" he asked again

"She slept just now." Came the reply

Khushi woke up next morning and find her hand was held within her husband's hand, which slept with his head bowed near her hand while sitting on chair beside her bed.

"How peaceful and innocent he looks while sleeping. No traces of anger no pains, nor any fear. Your life will be much happier and peaceful without me, you hate me and your temper rises seeing my face, when I will leave your life, hopefully all pain will also leave your life. All shadows and traces of me will vanish with me soon" she thought

Unintentionally her fingers moves and caress his face tracing his features softly, a gentle touch woke him up but he kept his eyes shut to enjoy this feeling. For him it was unbelievable feeling never felt and experienced before. When her fingers were about to touch his lips, he hold her hand and she was like coming out of a trance

"Good morning sweet heart" he said bemused to see her reaction

"Good morning" she replied and tried to free her hand from strong iron clasp but in vain

"How are you feeling?" He asked

"I am fine. Leave my hand" she said

"Why?" He added with a smirk

"We are husband and wife in front of world otherwise I mean nothing to you. Remember" she said curtly

Not again KKG...enough now..

"Yeah I do. But I want to take my words back and repent you whatever I said and done to you. I want to make up with you and I want you as my wife for eternity"

"I am not interested" she said

"I know and I will change your interests. I am sorry Khushi for whatever I have done to you. Knowing that I don't worth it but still seek your forgiveness" he said

"I'll be back after a word with doc" he said leaving the room

Well done! I loved your write up from the start but was pretty skeptical on how you would take it from the sudden early revelation. However, you did a superb job! Way better than what I had expected 👏

OMG THAT WAS SOOO GOOD. I GOT GOOSEBUMPS. THIS VM IS ONE OF THE BEST THAT I HAVE SEEN. EVERY SCENE WAS PERFECT. YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE AND GIVE IT A PERFECT HAPPY ENDING. WHAT A GREAT SONG AND SOOO GOOD.
