As for Kesar, I think she will be back as a mother, a protective mother to Samar. She will be somewhat subdued and quiet in the begining, as she is still under treatment and not fully recovered. She will have nothing to do with Shakti and Meneka, and will ignore both of them unless provoked. I believe there will also be a track where Kesar will be jealous of Samar's closeness to his Maa, Pratigya. And of course, she will take offence to the fact that he calls her pagli amma.

Kesar may be a little subdued in the beginning. But she is going to be a stong woman eventually and I am expecting a strong kesar who is not afraid to stand up against Shakti and Menaka. It is possible that she may expose Naiki's lies and eventually SS will throw her out of TN. There may be a track in which Kesar may be jealous of Pratigya because Samar is closer to Pratigya and calls her Maa and calls Kesar Pagli Maa.
