Discussion Of the Week

Welcome all for the DOTW for the week 5th to 11th March, 2012

Ok as we all saw the party changing of Digvijay and betraying Acharya and his team

What he has done is a not a act of a Warrior but an act of a selfish man. We all are very very disappointed with him and also don't even want to talk abt him...

here are my questions based on yesterday's episode

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. What would have Digvijay done inorder to protect himself - like showing that he is betraying but he is with Acharya n Team;
2. Is his decision of being selfish correct? (i know its not)
3. What have Ahirya done other than sacrificing or before sacrificing? Is there any chances for him to protect himself and kill Bhadru?
4. If D was dead yesterday and also Digvijay was shown in D's side, how do Acharya n Team tackled the situation and won the Magadh? after all Digu's army were marching to support magadh?
5. If the above one has happened, do u think Digvijay have changed his side again to Acharya n Team..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ok that's it; i hope i didn't give lamba list for discussion 😳 and hope i didn't bore u with my topic

Have Happy n Healthy Discussions😳

gud questions shweta di! now fr d answers -
1. 1. What would have Digvijay done inorder to protect himself - like showing that he is betraying but he is with Acharya n Team;
ANS - Ya of course he cud hav done dat! its his sena, he cud hav commanded d army acc 2 his wish. Magadh had already lost most of its soldiers, the horses were almost useless and d weapons were all rusted n broken as per acharya's plan. So digvjay had a clear opportunity 2 support Chandu while pretending 2 b wid digvijay. He cud hav sent d message regarding dis slight change in d plan. N he had been really dumb 2 believe dat bhadrasaal was wid acharya.
2. Is his decision of being selfish correct? (i know its not)
ANS - Digvijay was really really selfish 2 hav betrayed chandu dis way. I cudnt just believe dat even though he was supporting D, he had no hard feelings n he was not at all looking guilty dat he betrayed chandu. But he actually has a point. He is not only thinking abt himself, its about his subjects. He cudnt go against bhadrasaal openly or else he wud destroy his kingdom and subjects. So it was a choice between the devil and the deep sea. But if he was a true patriot and had the presence of mind 2 handle d situation and mould it acc 2 his needs he cud hav tricked D and co and helped Chandu.
3. What have Ahirya done other than sacrificing or before sacrificing? Is there any chances for him to protect himself and kill Bhadru?

ANS - He fought like a roaring lion and CGM and Chanakya did benefit from his sacrfice. But he cud hav tackled d situation in a much intelligent way. There was no need to throw all the fire arrows ( i don noe wat is d synonym for agni samayog astra ) at once. He cud hav thrown 2 to destroy the army and kept one wid him for any more sticky situations. Another problem was that he shud hav fought d soldiers, bhaddu n digu using some weapon, he fought wid bare hands although bravely... but there were chances of him winning if he had used a sword or sumthing else.

4. If D was dead yesterday and also Digvijay was shown in D's side, how do Acharya n Team tackled the situation and won the Magadh? after all Digu's army were marching to support magadh?

ANS - If D wud hav been dead, amatya's self confidence wud hav stooped down. So dat cud hav been a + point. Anyways. almost half of d Magadh army was destroyed n der weapons n horses were almost useless. it wud not hav been such a big problem fr chandu's army 2 fight digu's army. If at all it was a problem, now dat D is dead Chandu n co cud hav talked 2 n included digu 2 der side. i mean de cud hav offered an incentive 2 digu if he did not agree 2 support dem as a friend.
5. If the above one has happened, do u think Digvijay have changed his side again to Acharya n Team..
ANS - As I said in d previous question, he wudnt hav agreed 2 fight fr chandu if he wasnt offered a bribe... sum incentive or d other wud hav 2 b offered such as a share of Magadh or d post of d most important alliance 2 magadh aftr chandu ascended d throne..
these r my views... plz share ur views guys!

nice topic swetha

first of all as i said in other post its all part and parcel of war but since its debate would try to ans as much as i can though i believe bhoomi has explained well

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. What would have Digvijay done inorder to protect himself - like showing that he is betraying but he is with Acharya n Team;
i think digvijay didnt use his head properly if he did he should have used the trick like he did in killing cgm earlier. he should have used mihika or one of vishkanyas to alert acharya and cgm about the new development.
2. Is his decision of being selfish correct? (i know its not)
its not correct. he became even worse than ambik who was the first desh drohi here he just sacrificed his country and his friendship for a tyrant king.
3. What have Ahirya done other than sacrificing or before sacrificing? Is there any chances for him to protect himself and kill Bhadru?
ahiriya didnt act very smart but then he was a vanvasi and a true desh bhakt and he did all for love of country acharya and cgm. he chose death rather than surrender meekly
4. If D was dead yesterday and also Digvijay was shown in D's side, how do Acharya n Team tackled the situation and won the Magadh? after all Digu's army were marching to support magadh?
if only digu had supported we would never had this discussion na,. digu betrayed things changed and even if acharaya plan was near perfect bt acharaya goofed in underestimating or ignoring bhadrasaal
5. If the above one has happened, do u think Digvijay have changed his side again to Acharya n Team..
i think someone said earlier jo apne acharya apne desh aur apne mitra ka na hua woh kisi ka na hoga. the one who keeps switching sides like pendulum is never a trustworthy person.
well swetha i tried to make my points clear but i think bhoomi had done very well in this
šŸ˜•I dnt get this quesšŸ˜•
2. Is his decision of being selfish correct? (i know its not)
No ways...he was not totally correct , he was correct that he want to protect his state but he was not right in betraying them , he would have tell this to chandu n taken his help to get out of this.
3. What have Ahirya done other than sacrificing or before sacrificing? Is there any chances for him to protect himself and kill Bhadru?
He did had a chance n instead of killing bhadra he would have smashed digu's face😔
4. If D was dead yesterday and also Digvijay was shown in D's side, how do Acharya n Team tackled the situation and won the Magadh? after all Digu's army were marching to support magadh?
simple kill digu also wat will army do without leaderšŸ˜†
5. If the above one has happened, do u think Digvijay have changed his side again to Acharya n Team..
