The condition, argument that took place was between Arjun and Purvi they need to sort it out. Manav/Archana can talk to them make them understand state his point of view but final decision will be on them. Arjun wants to prove that his company doesn't need Purvi then why would he offer her her job back? Even if he does why would Purvi accept it? Probably hence the serving period was brought up.

Arjun needs to realize he has started to fall in love with Purvi which will take time. They have not shown any feelings from Purvi's side from Arjun as of now. She does gets confused about his behaviour which makes her think what he is exactly. She has set an image of Arjun in her mind that needs to be changed.

so true...he is so stubborn...Arjun was like he won a challenge when Vinay got him the file but the next moment..he was bck in his place..

When you want to prove something you will put all your efforts in doing so. If Arjun can handle the company alone that's fine. Purvi had worked in company for a year or so has dealt with clients. If you are working at a place for long time you will know how things work. Right now Arjun is on a mission to show/prove his company doesn't need Purvi but everytime her name is brought up.

We all want to see what happens when these two come face to face next time.

Everyone have their own point of view. Vinay is a nice guy and Purvi said yes to the proposal as she had no reasons to reject it as she mentioned to Teju. About Arjun and Purvi they have a long way to go. There are no show without any twist and tuns.

The image Purvi has in mind about Arjun needs to be changed. She needs to witness his other side as well that she has not come across. She did saw a glimpse of it during painting and donation incident that made her think what he is exactly. How Purvi falls for Arjun is something that needs to be seen.
