Mar 6, 2012 WU (Bubbly causing trouble for Pari)

March 6th, 2012 Written Update

Part 1
Pari scolds Bubbly as to why she didn't wash the clothes and to go do it. Bubbly leaves and Pari is worried as to how she is going to finish the cooking. Bubbly tells herself that she will run away at night and free herself but then she sees Bharti giving money to someone. She changes her mind after seeing the bundle of money and tells herself she will do everything as she is told until the right moment (I am assuming to steal again).

Part 2
Veepal in their room and Kopal thinks to herself that she can't be quiet and ruin her relationship and must take the first step to clear misunderstandings. She remembers Bharti's words about the diary and Kopal asks Veehan if she can choose a book from his books to read. She finds the diary (which is more like a book of poems) and reads a poem and fails to understand what it means. Veehan explains that the poem means that it's not necessary to have words to express and that sometimes silence speaks more than words. He gets all poetic and Kopal thanks Veehan who get's embarassed of speaking too much. Kopal smiles to herself.

Part 3
At the dining table, Bharti informs Veehan and Aditya to be home by 8pm for the Holi puja and to bring everyone two new garments before coming. Veehan suggests Bharti to only send Aditya as he doesn't know how to shop for women's clothing and he is also busy at the office. Bharti objects and tells both Veehan and Aditya will go and to bring something extra special for their wives. Veehan is about to leave and Kopal stops him. She gives him lunch and he appreciates the gesture (finally Veehan looks happily at Kopal😍).

Part 4
Bubbly is in Pari's room and complaining as to why she is cleaning when the house is already so clean and tidy. She sees Pari's saree on the bed and decides to try it out in front of the mirror. She also wears Pari's earrings. Pari enters the room and accuses Bubbly of trying to steal the earrings and saree. She tells her that she made a mistake thinking Bubbly would change but she will always remain a thief. Bubbly tells her she wasn't planning on stealing and she was just trying it on. Pari tells her from now onwards she will not leave Bubbly alone anywhere.

Part 5
Bharti is at the dining table with Kopal, Pari and Bubbly. Bharti asks Pari to help Kopal with the cooking. Pari is happy thinking she got saved today from cooking because Kopal will do all the work and she will take half the credit. Bharti tells Pari while cooking to make sure that the Gujiya (some kind of food?) is cooked well as it is a family favorite and everyone actually fights for a portion. Bubbly overhears and thinks something to herself. She goes over to Jasmine, Rimjhim, and Chimti and says how back in the village, they would have a Gujiya contest every Holi where the daughter in laws would compete against each other to make the best Gujiya. Rimjhim thinks it's a great idea but Pari gets worried and disagrees that there's so much to do, we can do it next year. Everyone forces Bharti to agree to the competition between Pari and Kopal as it will be a lot of fun. Bharti agrees. Pari is worried, Bubbly is smiling to herself. Episode ends.

This is terrific! I love Bubbly's idea of a contest b/w the bahus, so that Pari can no longer leech off Kopal. Hopefully, Bubbly makes it so that Pari can neither have Bubbly substitute her, nor can she swap dishes w/ Kopal.
