hey guys just see this sbs video,i am not sure but in the beginning when Navya gave Anant cake ,after that i think Anant kiss that cake and then gave it to Navya ,please i am confused ,can anyone tell me

that time they are Anya OR Shamya?

Ya I also noticed the same. The scene was in one of the episode but i guess he did it for real and i guess he smelt it before giving it to Som as she is a vegeterian and eats only eggless cake. 😉
