Brief Update
Purvi tells an excited Teju ( they are about to sleep ) that Vinay is a good boy and she trusts her mother that is why she said yes .Purvi is feeling sad that Manav did not come .Teju is happy that she has started calling Archana ' Aie ' . Manav calls Purvi , congratulates her .He tells her that he could not come because of a reason , Purvi is happy now and says that she knows that his ashirwaad will always be with her .Archana is crying in her room saying that Manav has not changed and he is as loving and good person as ever .
In his room, Arjun is very depressed and restless .He keeps thinking about Purvi's words .What he cannot understand is why he is feeling so bad .Next morning Vinay comes to the office with a mithai box but he soon finds ot about Purvi's resignation .Arjun calls him in his office to give him Purvi's responsibilities , he tells Vinay that Purvi left as she was too arrogant .On seeing the mithai box Arjun gets curious .Vinay tells him that his marriage has been finalized and the girl is Purvi . Arjun is shocked and he apologises to Vinay fo talking bad about his fiance .Vinay is polite and invites him for the party that he is throwing for his celebration but Arjun also politely declines .
Vinay calls Purvi and tells her that he respects her descision for leaving the job .She tells Vinay that Archana stil ldoes not know .Meanwhile Archana looks at Purvi's resignation at the notice board .Vinay tells Purvi that he will take care of Archana .A shocked and angry Archana barges in Arjun's office .Arjun is furious at her behaviour but she does not let him speak .She tells him that Purvi has worked so hard for this compnay and this was not fair that she was treated like this and that Arjun does not know how to behave with his staff . She says soon Arjun will regret his decision .She is crying and is telling Arjun off very badly .
Arjun is shocked because never in his entire life has anyone spoken to him like this .He swears that he will run this company well without Purvi .Teju wants to go to Vinay's party but Sulochna tells her that she wants her to come for shopping with her as she wants to buy a new dress for Purvi .Teju also wants to get a new outfit for Purvi's enagagement .Arjun is in a mess after hearing about his day's schedule ..He calls Vinay and questions him how he can handle so much work alone .Vinay tries to take some responsibilities but still the work load is too much for Arjun .
Arjun wants to know why is everything so chaotic at work .Vinay smiles and tells him that the reason is Purvi's leaving because Purvi was an expert in time amangement and he wished that he could also be like her one day . On hearing Vinay talk so highly of Purvi and her skills , Arjun is speechless , his father 's words come to his mind that good employees are an asset and this asset is not disclosed in the balace sheet and only looking deeper in life will he be able to value this ...Arjun is looking very worried .

Manav is in a shopping mall .He stops and looks in a shop. Teju is standing in the shop .Manav can only see her side profile and is trying to look at the girl carefully as he thinks that it is her daughter Tejaswini standing there .
