Hayye Maan's suitcase swag, it seems a lot of us love that particular movement. Everything that man does just oozes confidence & sexiness!
Ugh Sasha, this is one of her many failed attempts to get Geet out. The scene where Maan was coming down the stairs & Geet sees him through the cabin was very tense, we could almost feel Geet's nervousness & apprehension.
Of course the first thing Maan notices as she enters the cabin is the letter, & so begins his tirade. I loved how he was guessing why she came to Delhi - almost like he was eager to know but didn't want to ask her directly, so it looks like he doesn't care when he obviously does (did that make sense? Lol)
HP will always be a painful memory for Geet so she speaks up, quite rightly, & basically tells Maan to zip it. I love her new found voice, her confidence & the fact that she's not afraid to put Maan in his place.
Maan's amused expressions when they talk about self respect always make me smile - like he enjoys riling her up just to get a reaction out of her. But the moment of the episode has to be when Geet confirms the fact that he won't fire her, & Maan gets lost in her eyes as he realises that he probably won't ever be able to fire her. His growing attraction towards her becomes evident here, but Mr K quickly looks away & tries to maintain a professional stance.
His nickname for her, Miss Secretary - how cute! Albeit he only ever used it this once, but still, I found it quite adorable.
Ugh, Dev. I guess I'll face his annoyingness & just comment on the fact that I'm surprised he hasn't got broken knuckles with his furious punching. However, I always find it strange & unexplained how Dev is so hostile towards Maan when he's in Canada yet when he comes back to Delhi, the two brothers really seem to bond & get on quite well.
The whole Maan-Geet-Dev triangle really comes into play here during the phone call scene, & it's a little tense when Geet recognises his voice.
The Maan-Dev conversation was quite touching I felt. We see a softer, brotherly side to Maan where he feels like he's let himself down as an elder brother by Dev's actions (we never got to know what Dev did that made put the Khurana's under tension for a few months, which is annoying)
Dev's ingratitude towards Maan really irks me, so I will allow that. Moving on!
Omg did anyone else notice Maan (well GC) trying his hardest not to laugh at the funny pic of Maan & Dev posing? I know it was supposed to be Maan's nostalgia so it's meant to be all emotional, but all I could notice was GC trying to maintain his laughter!
The phone cord scene was hilarious - here's Geet trying her best to settle in, & there's Maan, not missing an opportunity to irritate her. Again, I noticed that Maan is smirking a lot in this scene - he finds it amusing to watch Geet agitated? Or maybe he's just elated that the girl from his dreams is finally here with him, in his office... hmm...
But Geet stole this scene for me - her annoyance at Maan's attitude & behaviour made me smile. It's nice to see a much lighter side of Geet after all that she's been through in HP, Drashti really suits the bubbly refreshing roles.
Ahh Naintara, undoubtedly the most glamorous villian I've ever seen. Something's cooking there...
